My liberation notes aesthetics 🍃🌿🍀

♡ scp : @drxmasceness
♡ drama : my liberation notes
♡ episodes: 16
♡ duration: 1 hour
♡ plot : Set in the quiet, rural town of Sanpo, My Liberation Notes follows three adult siblings—hot-tempered Ki-jeong, aimless Chang-hee, and introverted Mi-jeong—who face the crushing exhaustion of daily three-hour commutes to Seoul alongside a deep sense of personal stagnation. Emotionally suffocated by mandatory office social clubs and a repetitive existence, Mi-jeong reaches out to Mr. Gu, a mysterious, heavy-drinking stranger working for her father, asking him to "worship" her—an unconventional demand for total, non-judgmental support aimed at helping both escape their mental fatigue. Alongside two fellow introverts at work, Mi-jeong also forms the "Liberation Club," a sanctuary dedicated to unburdening themselves from life's hidden pressures. Rather than relying on dramatic plot twists, the story moves through quiet, deeply realistic beats, capturing how ordinary people gradually break free from internal isolation, suburban exhaustion, and the emotional walls they built to survive. 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝟐: 𝐌𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 ❤️‍🩹

In part 1, I focused more on the korean lyrics, but as i listened to the album more, I found beauty in some of the english lines as well. And i realized I totally forgot to mention certain lyrics like the "TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES" one... so i was like, okay whatever, I'll make a sequel 💁🏼‍♀️✨

I loved how you guys were commenting your fav lyrics and songs under my previous post, you nice keep going~

BTW: What is the song you didn't like at first but now you love it? For me, that's Like Animals 🤭

Pavane (2026) 💌

Pavane is a very calm, slow-paced film with beautiful scenes and a captivating style of storytelling. I found myself relating to the characters more than I expected, and the quiet atmosphere of the film stayed with me even after it ended. recently, I came across an artist who makes calm, gentle music, and it felt like the perfect match for the film’s mood. That feeling inspired me to create this edit featuring the two.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
Let me know how it turned out hehe 🍀✨

Here's one for IM JAE-I
Here's to a character with a good heart, who acts in an extremely annoying way throughout the first half of the drama but as viewer you just know he has it in him to turn his life around and you keep rooting and hoping for him to choose his own path! ✨

Thankfully, he met 3 amazing people that showed him different way of living and dealing with misfortune: Haerim (who chose compassion over jealousy),
Eunjo (who chose kindness over hatred and bitterness)
and Yeol (who chose to be a friend instead of an enemy) and that helped him to find who he truly was 🩷

PS: for that one quote (slide 5) i used the translation by @vivi_to_my_sehun our local hojin-fueled translator ✨😂 so thanks nishi 💃🏼❤️🤓
