Week 12 ❤️‍🔥😭

Three months ago, this was just an idea.

You guys have made running, something that was new to me, into something I honestly can’t imagine living without. The miles, the laughs, the conversations, the coffee after… but MOST OF ALL the people 🫶🏾🥹

And somehow… we’re already here 🍂
The leaves are changing, there’s a chill in the air, and the sun is going down at like 6:15 already 🤣

Me and Jessy are officially in the final stretch of training for our half marathon next week, so those long runs have been getting serious. 🔥

And our boy @lrodenii pulled up this morning to get some miles in with us 🤞🏾 He’s also running the #hudsonmohawkmarathon so it was only right we got some work in together.

That’s one of my favorite things about Heavy Feet…

Knowing you can count on your people

12 weeks in.
Still moving.
Still growing.
Still showing up.

Move More. Carry Less. 🖤🤘🏾

#heavyfeetrunclub #albanyny #runner #runningclubs @newbalancerunning @hoka Are you going to be at the Hudson Mohawk Marathon?

Something about DIY shows just hits different. And boy, do we have a whopper for you this weekend. On Sunday, September 27, The End of Man is presenting A 12-hour party with THEM, featuring a wild amalgamation of acts, artists and vendors. To find out where it is, you’ll just have to DM them for the location. Pete Perry has all the other details for you though, over at our website.

A year ago today I was surrounded by friends on this stage and in this room, thinking my album was about to come out and that I was going to be divorced. Today is my last concert running production at canopy, my album is ready, and the divorce is finalized. Come join my friends and I as we move forward into this new chapter of my life @thespacecu May 9 at 8
