PR’d on all 3 this week. Kinda messed up on my day 1 bc I decided to take preworkout on a work day and i couldn’t sleep at all. Made me cut my secondary deadlift day. Shows I should have listened to @empowering.rd 🙃. but nonetheless, everything moved good towards the end. Tech has come a long way since January. Time for the next block 🫡

This past month was a whirlwind for me. Between teaming back up with Shaun, getting a new job and relocating to Texas, it’s all been a blur. As excited as I am to start this new chapter in my life, I came to realize that my departure was so sudden that I failed to say goodbye to the people that means the most to me. Same people who always showed up, had my back, and a huge part of my life the past few years. I really miss you guys and I’m deeply sorry I left without saying goodbye. I’ll be back soon and we can do a proper farewell. I love you all❤️

We had a great time at the @vitaminshoppe store takeover this weekend. From the fun strength challenges (deadlifts/pull-ups) to the tasty samples (Creatine Chews and Juiced Aminos) to the many gym bags and shirts given away to the meet & greet experience with the Animal athletes, a fun time was had by all. Thank you to our incredible team for making this such an awesome event and to @vitaminshoppe_paramusrt4 for the incredible hospitality throughout 💪🏽👊🏽

I was only able to take a few shots while working but the content team captured really awesome footage throughout and will have it up this week 🔥

This is just the start of these events for @animalpak.

More to come!

Blessed! More post to come but first thing first. Appreciation and love to my friends and family who has supported me in this long arduous journey to my first show. I couldn’t have done this without you guys. Your continuous support and belief in me (more than myself) helped me push past the all self doubt and preconceived notions I have placed on myself. I Love you guys!

Couldn’t be more proud of how these two performed today ❤️
@_.adaa has been with me for the past 4 years and her growth continues to amaze me. Her best performance to date. Best Female overall lifter. The future is bright for this 22 yr old.

Christine is my long time friend who reached out to me a few years ago wanting to learn powerlifting. As a busy professional and mom finding time to fit a powerlifting meet prep was always a challenge. This is her first PL meet and she didn’t disappoint. Finishing 1st in Masters and 2nd in her class🙌🏼 . This is only the beginning.
