STAGE SHOTS ARE IN - 1st #npcfigure show @legionsportsfest in the books. 🥇True Novice 🥈Masters 45+🥉Open Figure C. Honestly it all went so FAST! Being the 1st group on stage was slightly frustrating and nerve-racking. Posing on the carpet threw me off, trying to smile without my lips trembling, flexing muscles without cramping, chest up, abs in, feet together…YIKES, so many things going on at once. 😩 But at the end of the day, I’m grateful for the experience, and proud of myself for doing it! I definitely came out of my shell with a lot of things that are uncomfortable for me, and I wouldn’t change a thing. We had some obstacles on this journey, but extremely grateful that my kids @leo_lebeau and @melanemiller were by my side every step of the way. 🖤 Special thanks to coach @shelace_ifbbpro for your direction and guidance. It’s been amazing having you as a coach 💕Thank you to my @team_iron_and_lace family for showing up and supporting us. EPIC Birthday 🥳 Weekend for my beautiful daughter @melanemiller 🥰 She hauled our butts from Fremont Street to the Cosmopolitan with an itinerary of activities 😩We LOVE YOU MEL 👑and we hope you had the bday you envisioned with your loved ones 🥰♏️

Well my first figure competition is in the books, and I’m still processing the moment. I walked away with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in my categories, but I will post separately about that later. I wanted to take the time out to tell my daughter @melanemiller how excited I am we made our first #motherdaughterteam duo debut at @legionsportsfest. #bucketlist item ✅ 🥰 We did this entire prep together, every step of the way. The struggles, meal prep, fasted cardio, workouts, check-ins, posing, injuries, crying, self doubt, pep talks, just to name a few. 😩 To say I’m PROUD is an understatement. I know mom/granny is watching down on us thinking “those are MY girls” 241🌹 This is just the beginning babygurl, I know our 🔥 is lit and we are ready to get in the lab and KILL IT! Time to GROW 😤Thank you @leo_lebeau for being our support system and helping this weekend.
