Little love for the visitors @oshawageneralsohl from last Fridays Country Showdown in @kingstonfrontsohl 🤠

Close as it gets in this one, back and forth action with both teams looking like the stronger squad at diffrent points in the game. Ended 5-4OT in @kingstonfrontsohl’s favour but could have gone either way. Great, entertaining game from both teams.

Shoutout to everyone that came in this summer, had a blast. DM me if you are looking to get in this fall/winter for in-season or off-season training.

Sorry to the athletes not in the vid - you’re appreciated too 🤝.

How many NHL Draft picks did you count??

The future of the NHL uses Wrap Daddy, why shouldn’t you?

My job as a trainer is to provide the most value possible in as short of a time frame as possible.

I do my best to spend the most amount of time on things that can be significantly improved like strength, power (speed) and hypertrophy.

Every minute spent on something that’s not providing a significant stimulus that will cause a meaningful adaptation is time and money wasted.

Should I spend 20 minutes out of an hour session trying to teach a hockey player how to “run properly” or correct his minor asymmetries? Probably not. Why? Because we have no evidence to support those things improve their performance and longevity on the ice, be we do know that simply adding muscle mass, strength and power will.
