Jučer smo se u zoru otisnuli na more s našim ribarima i ekipom World’s 50 Best-a koja je snimala film o tradicionalnim jelima koja pripremamo u Adio Mare.
🐟
Željeli smo im pružiti cjelovit doživljaj jer naša konoba počinje od mora i lokalnih ribara. Imali smo sreće i dobar ulov pa smo kasnije kuhali za njih i pokazali im raskoš dalmatinske kuhinje.

Marquee weddings will always be a favourite — a true blank canvas to create something entirely your own.

From sweeping countryside settings to private gardens, they offer the freedom to design every detail from the ground up, shaping a celebration that feels personal, immersive, and completely unique to you.

When planned well, they become some of the most memorable and atmospheric weddings to host.

If you’re dreaming of a marquee wedding and want expert support to bring it all together seamlessly, enquire via the link in bio or send a direct message to begin planning.

What an amazing experience to film across Azerbaijan with the incredible Chef @willemhiele

Big shout out to @lightfootagency for being an absolute joy to work with and producing an epic film. The best 📸’s in this collection are by the super talented @jcrispinphoto and the mediocre ones by me (as always I didn’t take enough pics 😬)

Huge thanks to Willem for being a legend and to @experienceazerbaijan @nigar_nazarova_ @azizamva @zakinaasker and @chef_pivkin_timur @gokhanozkol @fehtiram @citrusvalley_lankaran @runaway.house for welcoming us, your hospitality and all you shared with us.

There is something undeniably magical about a marquee wedding.

A blank canvas set against sweeping countryside views. The freedom to design every detail from the ground up. The ability to create a celebration that feels completely and unapologetically yours.

At Hardesty Event Design, we love marquee weddings because they allow us to build a world of their own. From the first architectural sketch of the structure to the final candle being lit, every element is considered. Flooring, draping, lighting, floral installations, bespoke bars, statement entrances – nothing is off-the-shelf. Everything is intentional.

A marquee invites possibility. It gives you the flexibility to choose a meaningful location – perhaps a family estate, private grounds, or a scenic rural setting across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex or beyond – and transform it into an immersive, refined guest experience. With the right planning and expert logistics, what begins as open land becomes an extraordinary, fully curated environment.

Of course, marquee weddings require meticulous coordination. Power, catering infrastructure, guest flow, weather contingencies, design cohesion – every component must be flawlessly managed behind the scenes. That is where true luxury lies: seamless execution that feels effortless.

For us, marquee weddings are not simply structures. They are opportunities to create something entirely bespoke, deeply personal, and unforgettable.

If you are dreaming of a celebration without limits, we would love to design it with you.
