I don’t just use AI to ask questions. I use AI to EXECUTE. 🤖💰

Over time, I realized I was using AI for way more than captions.

I’ve used it to help me organize ideas, build offers, research opportunities, prepare for conversations, create content strategies, analyze businesses, negotiate, make decisions, and figure out how to turn what I already know into something valuable.

So instead of keeping the process in my head, I turned it into products.

📕 The AI Money Playbook
A system designed to help you identify what you already know, find problems you’re qualified to solve, package that knowledge into an offer, find the right customer, market it, and improve using real-world data.

But I didn’t stop with the book.

I built the AI Money Workbook so you can actually work through the system.

I built the AI Prompt Vault with 100+ prompts so you’re not constantly wondering what to ask AI.

And I built the 30-Day AI Money Challenge to push you out of just reading and into actually EXECUTING.

And that paperback concept in the last slide? 👀
That’s where I’m taking this next.

The biggest lesson behind everything I created is simple:

AI ISN’T THE OPPORTUNITY.
YOU ARE.

Don’t ask AI to make you somebody you’re not.

Use AI to maximize who you already are.

You already have experiences.
You already have knowledge.
You already have skills.
You already have ingredients.

Now it’s time to figure out what you can cook with them. 🍳🔥

All of these digital products are available through my Patreon.

You don’t have to buy everything at once. Start with the resource that solves the problem you have right now — or grab the system and work through it together.

Comment “AI” or DM me “AI” and I’ll send you the link. 🤖

Join us on Tuesday, March 14 from 11AM to 1PM for the second installment of the Baldwin DuBois Discussion Series - Part II: Education, Certifications & Organizations for Next Gen Developers!

The panel will feature Maria K. Day-Marshall (University of Maryland) and Dr. Lindsay Thompson (Johns Hopkins) who have significant real estate industry experience which they now pass on through their work at various local academic institutions. Those educators will also be joined by Leon Fields, an MBA graduate of William & Mary and former DCHFA intern, and Jason A. Harris, a 2020 and 2021 Todd A. Lee Scholarship recipient and graduate of Georgetown’s Master’s in Real Estate Development program, who are both launching their careers in development. The panel will be moderated by DCHFA Executive Director/CEO, Christopher E. Donald.

DCHFA launched the Baldwin DuBois Discussion Series in February 2023 to bring together affordable housing and real estate industry leaders for opportunities to discuss diversity and access in real estate development with a focus on affordable housing. This panel will focus on how to prepare to enter the world of development — what subject matter you should study, the certifications that are worth your time, organizations that will strengthen your network with impactful connections and more.
