🚨4 DAYS AWAY FROM IHOD @ MOD🚨

THIS Saturday we Celebrate 1 YEAR OF DISCO!!!🪩 🎊🎉🥳
International House of Disco was COLORS’ first side quest and the love and support around it gave us the confidence to expand COLORS into the project we have today!

IHOD focuses COLORS’ mission of Global Club Sounds into a true global genre DISCO. For the last year, this project has rallied around Global Disco and the local selectors who champion the sound and unite our communities on the dance floor! To celebrate we’re sharing some of our favorite moments courtesy of our friends @sbr.wav full sets available through the links in our bio!

Help us keep celebrating the 1 year anniversary THIS Saturday @mod.gallery.space2 for chapter IV! Last one of the year so DONT MISS OUT!

OCTOBER HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 🖤

Nighthawk is going dark for the month — with late nights, loud music, questionable decisions, and a Halloween lineup that deserves its own warning label.

🎃 HALLOWEEN AT NIGHTHAWK
Expect special nights from @maggiemoonmusic + @assjamz and special visits from @missgroves_ifyourenasty bringing the weird, wicked, campy, sexy energy October was made for.

From your regular Nighthawk favorites to two very special Halloween takeovers… consider this your official invitation to stay out past your bedtime.

🦇 OCTOBER. ALL MONTH.
📍 Nighthawk | Hotel Kansas City

Come for one drink.
Stay for the plot twist.

For me, it’s about capturing **you, right now.**

This version of you.

The person you are in this season of your life. The way you look, the way you smile, the things you’ve been through, the confidence you’re finding, the changes you’re going through, and all the little things that make you… you.

Because life doesn’t stay the same.

Our kids grow up. Our bodies change. Our hair changes. We get older. We become different versions of ourselves.

And sometimes we’re so busy living that we don’t stop to really see ourselves in the middle of it all.

That’s one of the reasons I love photography so much.

I want you to have something that lets you look back and say, **”That was me. That’s who I was right then.”**

Not perfect. Not posed into someone you’re not. Just you.

Because this moment you’re living right now is worth remembering too.

Exploring light is one of my favorite things to do. I really enjoyed this session because the lighting was so dramatic. I love seeing how the warm tones from the candles and the cool light from the reflected sun coming in the window pair together and make such a beautiful image.

It’s amazing what beautiful images you can create in a home studio.
