Second day of @ajjfp_ youth camp. A lot more learning , training and bonding. Professor @sarah_galvao1 has given us amazing guidance. Also love rolling with my old training partner @leonlightning2015.

Let's rest up tonight and get ready for another great camp tomorrow. 🥋🥋🥋

Today Stanley and Leon competed at the ADCC Open on the Gold Coast and had an awesome day on the mats.

Both boys had some tough matches, showed great skill and determination, and represented our academy exceptionally well. It’s great to see the hard work they’re putting in at training paying off in competition.

At the end of the day, Stanley walked away with 🥇 Gold and Leon with 🥈 Silver.

Very proud of both boys and excited to see what comes next. 👏🥋

Our juniors competed at the Byron Bay competition yesterday.

They prepared.
They showed up.
They competed the right way.

Some great results — and a lot of lessons.

We don’t chase medals.
We chase growth.

Composure under pressure.
Effort in every exchange.
Respect for opponents and teammates.

That’s the standard.

Proud of the way our kids continue to test themselves and get better.

We’ll learn from it.
We’ll improve.
Back to work this week.

What a fantastic day today. We come away with some wins and also some opportunities but we are grateful for both. #afbjj #afbjjofficial #bjjkids #sinclairbrothers #bjjfriends #futurechampions #garra #bjjfamily
