Some jobs give you a paycheck. Some give you a purpose.

Looking back at these moments on stage, I’m reminded how fortunate I am to have both.

Getting to challenge, teach, encourage, and watch leaders become better versions of themselves is work I’ll never take for granted.

The older I get, the more I believe: the greatest measure of success is the number of lives you make better along the way.

I'm grateful for this work, and for the incredible team I'm surrounded by. Grateful for the opportunity to keep making an impact on those who are open to growth...and we are just getting started!

Core memory, Eva‘s designer purchase @louisvuitton It wasn’t without tantrums, such as throwing her own sunglasses on the ground and stomping them because she wanted the ones on display or throwing herself on the ground when we would not allow her to try on the pink sandals. It was such a sweet experience. Her Gram purchased her a passport holder that can be stamped at all the Louis Vuitton stores around the world as she travels. The kind nan who helped us and really created such a memorable experience share with her as he handed the bag to her that Louis Vuitton was started on travel and he wished her many travels in life. Eva absolutely lights up when she sees her bag. Her joy is truly infectious! @therabbit64 is teaching Eva about the luxuries of the world at a young age, @leonpwright and I are in trouble. Truly an experience I’ll never forget

It’s been a very long time since we’ve had family photos. Logan has always hated doing family photos, but once Eva was born all he ever wants this photo with her a few months ago. He asked when we do family photos again, the book of photographer in Rome, and I’m so glad we did. So thankful to @julikundera.rome.photographer for capturing these moments.
