Life as a young cinematographer - Terre di Cinema 2026 I had the chance to be part of this experience as a DOP and Gaffer and to share it with amazing humans We shot 35mm color films in this magic place Siracusa, Sicily All the classes about the Kodak film and Nanlux equipment with their representatives, trainings with loading magazines , discussions with each other will forever be in my heart ❤️ Thank you everyone who made this possible 🤩 Film makes the difference 🎞️

Terre di Cinema 2026 - International Cinematographers Days These past weeks in Siracusa have been such a special experience for me. I had the chance to be part of Terre din Cinema as a DOP and Gaffer and to work with an incredible international team sharing the same passion for films while coming from completly different countries and backgrounds 🤯 Working with 35mm color film makes everything feel more special, intimate and challenging. From scripts to location scouting to light tests to loading magazines and finally to shooting our films… Our teachers and supervisors took care of us and our films to make it happen and I will never forget this. I will carry with me the people, the conversations, days on the sets, the problems we needed to face and our little moments in between 🫶 I will be forever grateful for learning the ways of film from DOP Vincenzo Condorelli ,DOP Johannes Kirchlechner, DOP and Kodak Representative Mitch Boxrucker, Martin Bethge, Noemi Gentiluomo, Giulia Fallini, Prema, Anita and Michele ❤️ A big thank you to the entire Terre di Cinema team for bringing us together 🤩 Every person I met here had such great talent and work ethic and I hope our paths cross again someday, somewhere along the way ❤️ Grazie, Terre di Cinema 🎞️ Go pro video shot by : @leonssschuster_ @meg.weck @nathbergerfilms @nico_tepper @davyhudsontyrrell and me 🤓 Miss you already @isabellamangano @hectorcuevas_dp @tv_4friends @nicco.donatini @iasonhadoulis @sarahhaallen @ooori_levin @micleosp @carlos.moguel.88 @bjelica.08 @botondnagyj @james__hoare @premakrisnaguy @anitaonof_ @morganalexisrutter @rufatray @nina.pieve @davidvddrift #terredicinema2026 #youngcinematographer #kodak #film @kodak @panalight @nanlite_global @arriitalia @711rent

oh what a bittersweet feeling. 'but to feel nothing so as not to feel anything - what a waste!' How lucky we are to have made stories, both in 35mm and in real life. It all came so natural, as though we were inextricably linked by the same photographic reference of La Chimera. I cherish every swim, laugh and walk. All the coffees, Palomas, pizzas, cannoli and arancini. Every metre of film shot and even the few hours of sleep. gratzie @terredicinema 🎞️ Macché goodbye! Ci vediamo presto <3

Meet Joel Codina, director of Neverwood ✨ “Fantasy is the perfect way to tell a deeply human story.” For Joel, fantasy isn’t an escape from reality. It’s a way of looking at it differently. Much like the old folk tales, Neverwood uses a fictional world to explore emotions that feel real, allowing the story to speak through symbols rather than explanations. After months of imagining this universe, stepping onto set meant something more than starting production. It meant finally living inside a world that had only existed in his mind. Welcome to the director behind Neverwood. 🎬 @joelcudi
