Finished all the framing, plumbing and electrical. Once all was tested and functional we insulated all the exterior walls as well as the ceiling. Next we put up a vapor barrier and installed the drywall. After several coats of mud the walls and ceilings have been sanded and are ready to be primed. At the same time we waterproofed the shower with a built-in niche. Once that set up over night we began the subway pattern tile install and that’s where we are currently! If you’re looking for something similar or any other interior remodeling project where you only need to hire one company to do just about all the work. We pride ourselves on being professional, having constant communication, explaining the process, keeping the jobsite clean/organized and most importantly extremely detail oriented. I can guarantee a beautiful finished product for your dream space!!

We are in the middle of the largest basement renovation to date. Cut slab to install new full bath and kitchenette drainage. After filling the areas we cut out it was necessary to level the floor since this home was built in 1915. From one side to the other in different locations the flooring was off 1-1/2” to 2”. We framed all the walls to create a barrier for the leveling cement. Used a self leveler to allow for proper flooring installation. SEE FOLLOWING POST FOR MORE PROGRESS PICS
