Discover the legendary Basque burnt cheesecake created by Santiago Rivera at his San Sebastián pintxos bar, born from kitchen space constraints that demanded simplicity. This five-ingredient masterpiece defies traditional cheesecake technique by baking at high heat to intentionally burn the top, creating the signature blackened exterior and impossibly creamy center. What started as a practical solution became a minimalist icon that proves limitations can drive culinary innovation and perfection.

望住三C會嘆下午茶只
係$128 簡直匪夷所思
.
.
.
星期六去好似包咗場咁
全場得我一個喺度Tea

下午茶以畢加索為主題
侍應會推著甜品Trolley

Savory
哩隻潛力股更具競爭力

【Savoring Edible Elegance, Flavors in Full Bloom】

Recently, CulinArt 1862 hosted an unforgettable 6-course French dinner, celebrating the beauty and sustainability of local edible flowers. Executive Chef Shine Chiu and Pastry & Bakery Head Chef Leo Sum joined forces with IDE alumni (@institut_disciples_escoffier) to present this extraordinary feast.

With seamless teamwork, our team is bonded by their collective passion for sustainable dining. The evening opened with Hydrogro, a local hydroponics farm, introducing guests to a vibrant selection of edible flowers. As they sampled each bloom as an amuse-bouche, they were surprised by the unexpected burst of sweet, sour, tingly, and spicy notes, a sensory experience that changed their preconceptions of floral flavors.

The meticulously crafted courses that followed transformed these delicate ingredients into edible art, highlighting their depth and versatility. The evening buzzed with energy as guests immersed themselves in the experience, sharing their delight at the nuanced flavors.

A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us. We can’t wait to welcome you back for more inspired dining experiences!
