Just love it 🤍

Summer lingers a little longer in Provence. ☀️🌿

At @lesaintremy , the Indian summer brings a softer rhythm to the days. The terrace becomes the perfect place to settle in, enjoy a leisurely lunch, and take in the gentle beauty of Saint Rémy.

A little more time to enjoy Provence at its best. ✨

Provence showing off again. 🌅🇫🇷

Terracotta rooftops, a sky on fire, and one of those evenings that makes you forget what time it is. This is the France we want you to experience—not simply as a visitor, but as though you belong here.

Come for the view. Stay for the feeling.

Come to Provence for the villages, the markets, the lavender and the beautiful tables… but stay for the food. 🇫🇷

The food in the South of France is really about the simplest things done exceptionally well—ripe tomatoes still warm from the sun, sweet figs and strawberries, zucchini blossoms stuffed with chèvre and served with roasted pepper coulis, silky burrata and pesto, fresh seafood, roast chicken, golden fougasse with olives, and desserts that change with whatever is beautiful and in season that morning.

There was the most incredible pesto pizza with stracciatella and Parma ham, eggplant caviar with olive oil and fresh basil, delicate French radishes, pastries and fruit tarts at breakfast, and more rosé than I care to admit. 🍷

Everything tastes of the Mediterranean here—sun, olive oil, herbs, sea air and the abundance of the season.

And perhaps that’s my favorite part of Provence: the food doesn’t try too hard. It simply lets really good ingredients be really good.

Come for the food. Come for the wine. Come for the beauty. But definitely come hungry. ❤️🇫🇷

A little more summer, beneath the plane trees. ☀️🌿

At @lesaintremy, summer lingers a little longer. Long lunches stretch into lazy afternoons beneath the shade of the plane trees, surrounded by the effortless rhythm of Provence. Beautiful food, a glass in hand, and nowhere else to be.

This is Provence, at its most delicious. ✨
