We celebrated International Women’s Day the best way we know how at Origin… together 💫

This week we hosted a women’s night for our members — a chance to spend some time doing something a little different from our usual strength & conditioning sessions.

We started the evening with an hour of yoga with the lovely Sri @srisarker80 🧘‍♀️

Time to slow down, switch off and work on ourselves for a change… and it was very much needed.

Afterwards it was Prosecco, cake ( @laurasbakeryliverpool ) and plenty of chat 🥂🍰 talking about ideas for future things we’d love to do together as a team.

That’s what the ⭕️rigin community is all about — supporting each other, taking time for ourselves and building strong women both inside and outside the gym.

So grateful for this amazing group of women 🧡

⭕️UR MEMBERS / JUDGES / SUPPORT

We would just like to show our appreciation to all of our judges who made yesterday possible.

When we set up events it seems like it’s a given that they will run without a hitch and they have but it would never be possible without our members giving up their time to not only help judge but also support.

Also, getting the gym back to its usual look took us 6mins yesterday with everyone helping. It takes about an hour for two people so thank you.

We all have busy lives and things going on, especially on a Saturday, so it is never taken for granted the selfless work that people do so we just want to say a massive thank you ❤️

When we tell people our group pt membership is from £199 per month their initial response is ‘THATS EXPENSIVE’.

When we tell them it’s less than £10 per pt session they say ‘THATS CHEAP’.

As a 1-1 PT we would typically charge a minimum of £40 per session which would equate to £800 per month.

People just don’t understand the value they are getting and it is easy to see the big number and just think that it’s expensive.

We are accessible to everyone who is willing to learn and become better. We don’t want egos or people who think they know it all.

Now add on just one of the things that you benefit from that doesn’t have a price but has such a huge impact:

👯‍♂️ The community - so many people benefit mentally and physically from the gym community - from support in low times to fun times on nights out and adventures.

☕️ Sitting around after sessions and putting the world to rights with the people you’ve just trained with.

The community aspect means so much more than people will ever understand.

It’s not about paying £199 to lose weight, it’s about a journey and a lifestyle to at you’re on with others.

We will forever promote our product, we make it as accessible as we can, it’s never about money or profiting from a trend, we believe in what we do and the impact it has on people’s lives.
