I'm still getting over the fact that we threw the wildest, most fun party of the year in LA's iconic Tam O'Shanter. This year's Eater Off Menu highlighted every big food story and then some: tiny 'tinis, Mexican seafood, stunt cakes, British food, and more. Plus, I got to hang out with the best team in the biz. Eater launched its nationwide BANG BANG dinner series last night with a double barreled back-to-back featuring the flavors of Chefs Ray Garcia (@brokenspanishcomedor) and Deau Arpapornnopparat & Joy Yuon (@holybasil_la). The LA kickoff, hosted at Broken Spanish Comedor, was packed to gills with friends and fans of the two beloved chefs. The event pairs two dinners in one location for an evening of indulgence, complete with custom cocktails, goodie bags, and good time. Check out the Eater app for the schedule of events across the country - and if this things is heading to your city, you should definitely grab a seat. It’s a lotta fun, a lotta food, and a whole lotta flavor. Thanks for a great night, @eater!

Between the stellar food and excellent lighting, this LA trip needed to be immortalized on the grid. Members prepared concia, zucchine ripiene, crostini burro e alici, and more, @nowservingla supplied the books, and @ericwareheim MC’d with a little help from Glenn Danzig.
