We had the massive privilege on Tuesday night to host a private screening of our film for cast, crew, donors, and supporters. As with every other part of this production, our focus was love for the process and joy in the experience. And if that’s too woo-woo, let’s just say we had even more fun than we meant to. It was a dream-come-true kinda experience to be in a full theater together to see, hear, and feel the story come to life. Thank you to every single person who came and celebrated and cheered, and thank you to everyone rooting us on from afar. What an honor it continues to be to be a part of Austin’s indie film community. If you’re wondering what comes next for Three Arugula Salads, we will be sharing film festival updates on this page very soon! 🌿💗

And THEN… after cancellations and delays… Wayne and I made it home just in time to get to the premiere of Three Arugula Salads… a short film I was SO lucky and blessed to have had a fun part in this terrific, funny, and a bit traumatizing show. It is REALLY good! I am so thankful for so many wonderful things! The cast and crew were just so good, the script, sharp, witty, thoughtful. The sound, the music, the editing, the quality of the photography… the salad in my teeth… just perfection. Also, friends supporting friends… it just doesn’t get any better. 🥗🥗🥗👏🎭🎬 #actorrealtor #realtoractor #texasactor #threearugulasalads

Some brands really stand the test of time. After 40 years @lpaigecosmetics knows a thing or two about THAT. L’Paige Cosmetics are an oldy but a serious goodie - a trusted brand with a cult following. To celebrate their many years of being the “go-to”  lipstick brand for generations - we brought retro vibes to the future with a fresh take on a timeless product. We used rear projection with practical foreground elements to produce a modern look with vintage textures. And how about those color changing lippies? A true classic in the history of cosmetics. Our cast. 🥰🥲😩 Such an amazing group of talent right here. We covered so much emotional ground on this production, and they all embraced where it brought them. As we start to go through footage, the most exciting part is revisiting these performances and feeling how deep some of it goes. What an honor it all has been.

🥗🥗🥗Three Arugula Salads. Was just a fantastic experience in every way. I loved every minute and am so thankful to have been part of it. What a great team. There wasn’t a single person who wasn’t excellent at their craft. Thank you for casting me as Beth! I can’t wait to see you all again for the screening. And I truly hope this is just the beginning of more salad stories!
