Former corporate/advertising agency executive, Jazzercise instructor, and creator of Gray Gangster Fitness: soon “in the house”!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I am heartbroken with the news this morning. We have lost a member of “The Toolshed Troupe”, directed by my lifelong friend Sue. Her brother, and cast member, Jeff has passed. Jeff, like his sister, was a creative force who was not only talented musically, but adept in business, launching several successful ventures, including his own recording studio. We were always dreaming up not only ways to perform, but make money, like our “summer camp” (another Sue idea), corralling boys for overwhelmed neighborhood moms. I pass this sad news to our other “partners in crime” Sue😔.

Hello from Uptown Chicago!! 😁
It’s #movingday! We are moving my daughter into her first adult apartment! Ya know how we say Jazzercise IS Functional Fitness. Well, it’s the #truth!!
We unloaded the truck into the alley/parking area. While husband moved the truck to another parking spot, I was able to move EVERYTHING, except for the couch, into the Apartment!! Yep, the un-assembled bed frame, dresser, night stand…up a small flight of stairs too! 💪💪💪

#TGIF 😁 Started my day in my Favorite Way, with some Jazzercise!! Took Amanda McCann Bolivar’s class sporting the workout skirt I got from Sherrie Rhodes Robertson! 💃🏼💪😅🥰😍

Since we were relocated to a room with air conditioning, that just so happened to be across from the Oak Room, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to mention my 20th Anniversary Celebration Class, Vendor Fair and Fundraising Event that will be held in that room on Saturday, July 13th, 8:30-10:30am. Visit foundation922.org for more info 😉🎉

#reinvention #whatsoldisnewagain I was talking about this in class this morning… how I stumbled upon this lovingly used couch 🛋️ and how we are working on making it new again for my daughter. The process is A LOT like JAZZERCISE!! We are still here, going strong, Better Than Ever, because of re-invention, change, innovation….
