If you haven't experienced the dynamic energy of Marco Glorious, I feel bad for you. And if you have, If you know, you KNOW!

I met him almost 10 years ago on the Wendy Show — he kept the crowd hype and the energy HIGH. And after the show? Same energy with the guests who were definitely there for him.

Now you can find him on the Sherri Show AND hosting our luncheon on October 18th!

We're honored to have him bring that magic and make this one memorable.

If you missed our first event, you missed an unforgettable story! Olympic medalist Cullen Jones shared his inspiring journey—from his early days learning to swim at the JCC to standing on the podium alongside Michael Phelps. While swimming didn’t come as naturally to him as basketball, dedication and grit turned it into his lifelong calling.

Don’t miss our next event on October 18th! We are thrilled to welcome a 5-time Olympian, World Record holder, and Jamaica native, Alia Atkinson, who will share powerful insights on resilience, determination, and breaking through barriers.

Date: October 18, 2026

I’m grateful to have finished another project and closed with 6 figures of profit. Special thanks to my team for great execution. Real estate investing is not a solo sport you need to build your team of realtors, contractors, subcontractors, attorney, wholesalers and interior designer, etc..

The new hood is here!! Soon the chefs of Soup Angels will have a safer, better ventilated range to cook with. This was only made possible with donations from many kind-hearted people in the community and Soup Angels volunteers, who have been doing a lot of heavy lifting! And of course the hard work of so many incredible craftspeople, including Sirois Construction (‼️who saved the day at in so many ways!!!), Ideal Fire Protection, Lightning Electric, SafeNet, Gebco Plumbing, Synergy Contracting. Next up: roof repairs 🫨 #oldbuilding #endlessrepairs #muchloved #thankyoucommunity

💃🏾🕺🏽 Time to boogie your brains out - at the very first SILENT DISCO at the Angel Nyack!!!

If you have never tried one of these, they are super fun for people of all ages and musical interests. Everyone gets special headphones at the door and you can dance to your choice of three stations (and as folks switch the channel, the room starts to glow in different colors!). You can also control the volume and pop the headphones off to chat (in a normal voice!) with friends. All really sensory friendly.

So let’s get a nice community crowd together - and dance all over the Angel Nyack (and even outside of its nice)! We all need this!!!!!

THE BIG BONUS: the funds raised will go to support our neighbors through Proyecto Faro!

‼️‼️‼️‼️ Here’s an important aspect: If you are interested, PLEASE try and get your tickets by TOMORROW!! The two wonderful women organizing this need to order the headphones a few days in advance and need a good head count (literally!)

❣️The Angel Nyack is part of Hudson Valley Gives, a region-wide day of generosity, which is happening TODAY❣️

https://www.hvgives.org/organizations/the-angel-nyack

The Angel Nyack exists to preserve a historic landmark building, foster the arts, help Soup Angels feed our neighbors in need, and bring life and love into our downtown — and it needs everyone’s help to do that!

Since launching at the end of 2024, it has become a cultural hub for for our community and a home base for ArtsRock, Music for Life, Ecstatic Dance, Rockland Pride Chorus, The Dreaming Place, the Rockland Ukulele Orchestra, the Rockland Symphony Orchestra, the All Together Now Chorus, the Phoenix Theater Ensemble and many other beloved artists and groups.

But a building this old and active doesn’t just take care of itself. It was an ABSOLUTELY terrible winter for this 125-year old beauty. Besides INSANE utility charges, we’re currently facing large roof and tower repairs and need to make important changes that will better welcome every guest who comes through our doors.

Hudson Valley Gives Day is Wednesday, May 20 — a region-wide day of generosity and the perfect moment to invest in a place that belongs to all of Nyack…and Rockland…and Beyond! Every gift, large or small, makes a difference!!!! Thank you!

I’m proud to receive this year’s “ACOR 2026 Arts Leadership Award” on behalf of all the wonderful work being done by everyone at The Angel Nyack! 😇

This includes the work of Jody Redhage Ferber, a fellow award recipient this year AND an Artist Partner making 🎶🎶🎶 daily at the Angel Nyack.

I along with our amazing board, Artist Partners, and folks I tagged here (and many more I couldn’t - it stopped me at 100!) made this past year possible as we pursued our mission at The Angel Nyack:
to foster the arts, preserve a key historic building for the community, and make sure Soup Angels can serve homemade meals to anyone who needs - no questions asked.

The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) is such a force for good in this region, helping artists find resources, support, and each other. And their work then magically turns into gifts for our entire community, by bringing people out and together. Yes, ACOR is a true Bridge Builder.

‼️‼️Would LOVE it
if you could come celebrate
on JUNE 10‼️‼️

It’s going to be a beautiful night filled with art & music & food in the glorious “Calico Room” in the GARNER Historic District.
