🧠💙 May may be Mental Health Awareness Month… but mental health awareness is something we should pay attention to EVERY SINGLE DAY. As a proud Bipolar Baddie, I stand firmly in this truth: I HAVE bipolar… bipolar does NOT have me. 👏🏽 Too many people suffer silently because of shame, fear, trauma, or feeling misunderstood. But healing begins when we stop hiding and start having honest conversations. In this powerful interview, I sat down with one of my favorite Partners in HOPE @morehope_now , Mr. Kie Fair @kiefair929 , to discuss: ✨ How trauma should NOT define you ✨ Choosing purpose over pain ✨ Healing, growth, and resilience ✨ Refusing to let your struggles become your identity Your diagnosis is not your destiny. Your trauma is not your final chapter. And your story still deserves HOPE. ❤️ 🎥 Watch the full interview on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SB3UYEKBl7A Tag someone who needs this reminder today: KEEP GOING. KEEP HEALING.
