One of the rep theaters needs to play Brian De Palma's Mission to Mars.. it's De Palma / Morricone doing 2001.. He would make 3 more movies before being blacklisted from Hollywood with Redacted. Something stinks about history redacting MISSION TO MARS as one of the great movies to jump start the new millennium. Nobody talks about it. Then you watch the thing and it becomes real apparent why. It's too cinematically efficient at revealing the nature of our existence. The Morricone music is incredible.. De Palma's direction is effortlessly operatic.. Massively underrated.

Thank you to all who came out to our screening of @boormanandthedevil last night! We sold out the Aero AGAIN.
The biggest joy was to be reunited with some of my of Cinematheque co-workers from my time as an assistant manager here and to see so many friends in the audience.

Props to the projection dept (@benitotucker), the film looked and sounded GREAT! And a very special thank you to @davidkittredge @travisstevens @jimfall @yellowveilpictures

If you liked the film, please help us spread the word and tell everyone you know to go see it!

Meet our @americanabangbang Composer, Sal Gabriel (@lesserofme). ✨ Sal and So Yun worked together for the first time on @liquorstoredreams and the rest is history! We’re glad to be teaming up with Sal again to create the sound for ABB. And this time, we’re thinking it’s gonna be a bit more moodier. We have big plans so stay tuned…🎶

We all got @1448hollywood proshot photos, so now we all post.

I still miss everyone incredibly. Swipe to see some fun moments in between me getting repeatedly fired. Thanks to I guess @rhoback for informally sponsoring my rehearsals.
