This is the magic I got to be a part of yesterday with @klonapparel ✨ These are their star burst sets (just released) how freaking cute right?

I spent a few hours surrounded by bad a**, inspiring women. Klon is one of my favorite brands. It focuses on female empowerment & shows that you can love your body in all phases.

I was nervous about the shoot yesterday. Being in a building phase I’m not lean & that thought was in the back of my head up until we started shooting. And then we just had fun with it.

Moral of the story: We all deal with these intrusive thoughts. It’s OK to love your body in every phase - not just in a cut/contest prep.

I so appreciate the friendship with one of Klons owners, @alchristopher, because in every phase we work to build each other up & talk about goals and building empires. This is one of the things I love about female empowerment.

Use the code clarebfit to save on your @klonapparel orders ✨

To say that I am extremely blessed with loving family and friends is an understatement. Yesterday Jackie and Annaka made SURE to reiterate that, though, with their perfectly planned and executed surprise bday celebration for me! There was so much love in the room and so many laughs were shared. I couldn’t have been happier with how my birthday was celebrated.
I feel like the last picture REALLY captures ✨ me ✨ 😂😂

Just a few moments that I’m grateful Kristine @thepaleogypsy captured.
I love the concept of “sharing is caring”
I care SO deeply for the humans around me; I hope that’s accurately expressed when I share the magic of yoga. ❤️🙏🏼
