You’re not expected to do this work alone.

It’s safe to get support.
It’s safe to invest in yourself.
It’s safe to be a part of a community.

Petal has been a core member of True Growth from 2019 till present. From 1:1 coaching, group coaching, accountability groups, journal live sessions, virtual events, breathwork. She’s been a continuous investor in her personal development right here at True Growth Caribbean.

There’s no words that I get to use to share how grateful I am that she trusts me & this community to support her as she goes through her journey.

Proud of you PJ. Also @dr3amgraph1cs is the director of @green.building.consultants. So for all your needs on sustainability and helping our planet please connect with her. She’s one of my Tobgao favorites and one of Tobagos pioneers in the field of sustainability!♥️

Ofc @dr3amgraph1cs Petal put in the comments some more details about what you do.

Thanks for being here🙏

It’s not enough to simply absorb knowledge. It’s what we do with the knowledge that creates the change that we deeply desire.

Sometimes you may read a book and it’s 1 line that blows your mind to point that it has a ripple effect that impacts your life in more ways than one.

Definitely taking a second read on this book Ready Mindset Go by local author @jessiemcbarrow

Go to the link in my bio to get yours!

Also recommend a book in the comments that really did something for you!

Your mental health is a human right.

As a mindset coach and someone who really values the importance of your emotional, mental, spiritual & physical wellbeing I can’t stress how important it is to take care of yourself.

It’s time for more Caribbean persons to release the taboo, the judgement and dismissive attitude people may (consciously or unconsciously)operate from when it comes to challenges around mental well being.

Many people struggle mentally and emotionally and the easiest way for healing and recovery is in safety.

I learned a lot today especially from @ryu_dan_dojo regarding their youth empowerment programs and succession planning available for youths.

Also I had a lovely chat with @bridgestotheheart an NGO for the elderly. There’s a beautiful initiative to adopt a grandpal which i really adored and ofc I signed up 🥰

Be sure to check them out.

I’m grateful that @minhealthtt makes this available and want to see more people come out to fairs like this!

Do you remember your secondary school graduation?🎓

@rrosecollins of @royaltyforanight868 has done a phenomenal job at making it possible for so many graduates this year.

Graduation ceremonies usually cost a lot and a powerful initiative like this makes it absolutely possible for students to make this milestone absolutely possible.

Here is how you can contribute as this initiative continues to unfold over the next week.

Suits, blazers, jackets etc are SERIOUSLY NEEDED for the young men! Please donate where you can. If you do not have suits but can afford to purchase and donate feel free to head to @detourstores and purchase suits/ blazers to donate for the young men.

Volunteers are needed for distribution in Gulf View Community Centre San Fernando tomorrow from 8am - 3pm.

Volunteers are needed to help next week in POS at QRC both Saturday and Sunday.

Share this post & tag a parent or someone who will benefit from this information.

Contact 389-9046, DM @royaltyforanight868 to volunteer or donate. Feel free to send us a DM @truegrowthcaribbean

Be a part of a beautiful cause. These young men & women deserve it🎁

I had a beautiful moment to share some wisdom with the lovely girls from St Jude’s Home for Girls.

I chose to share on something I wish I embodied more of during my teens. It would have saved me a lot of heartbreak and time.

Thank you for inviting me @shalymaboisselle, one of our Miss Universe TT Finalist who is also the owner of @blaque___ .

Shalyma and her @blaque___ team facilitated a beautiful venture for these young girls and it was certainly a success.

Grateful that I got to be there.♥️

Looking forward to more ventures from the @blaque___ team👏

The quantum leap that you believe people experience was consistent little shifts that added up over a period of time. It was not luck.

It was their consistency toward the vision they held for themselves.

It was their intentional courageous action towards a specific goal.

It was their faith. It was their commitment to their future self while trusting the process.

Get clear about the vision you want for your life. Be clear about why you want it & watch God orchestrate something bigger than you could imagine ✨

Thank you @sianaparima for inviting me to facilitate this goal setting & vision board workshop for your girls. It was my pleasure❤️

And ofc it was a delight to have our Miss World TnT @acheabrahams there participating & supporting these young ladies as well.

Ps. It’s not too late to create your vision board 🙏

I had the pleasure of chatting with @loriborde.socials on the Moms Overcoming Mountains series of the True Growth Podcast.

Lori was vulnerable about her journey after becoming a mom, & how she navigated that with therapy. She shared how much it has impacted her parenting and her own personal healing.

Lori advocates for gentle parenting which we all know many people in the Caribbean still seem to have a hard time navigating.

She spoke highly about self care & the importance of making space for that in a way that works best for you.

This was a delightful conversation. If you’re a mom who owns your own business, is on your health & fitness journey and advocates for gentle parenting this episode is for you.

This is available on all streaming platforms! Be sure to go to YouTube to watch the full episode.

Thanks for being here @loriborde.socials!

Parents, teachers and guardians share this with your kids writing exam.

Remind them that they’ve done the work and it’s enough.
Tell them how proud you are of them.
Remind them to trust themselves and trust God in the process.

Exams do not define who you are. It helps build your character.

Parents take those deep belly breaths for yourself and with your kids too. They need you regulated and as calm as possible right now.

You’re going to be ok.
