One month since Elidium opened its doors. Today we’re looking back with gratitude to everyone who made this festival happen. 🫂

These frames take us to the dance floor at the peak of the night, when Britta, Mira and Chris had the whole forest moving. Was you there?

🌌 And yes, you’ll find more photos and the link to support us in bio.

Elidium. @elidium_festival — Two weeks later.

It’s been two weeks since the festival ended, and I finally have the time and energy to reflect on it :)

This year’s festival was truly something to be proud of. More than half of our guests were international, there were lots of new faces, completely reimagined stages, amazing artists, great sound and lighting, and a dedicated laser show. So many workshops and practices, different zones, a swimming pool, a market, food courts, a kids’ programme — we really put a lot into creating a festival where people could feel good and have a great experience. Judging by the feedback, we definitely did. Very much so!

I didn’t get to fully enjoy it myself, of course. As an organiser, you’re somehow in three places at once, solving ten problems and constantly keeping an eye on everything. But honestly, that has its own kind of thrill too :)

My takeaways:

1. The team and the people are everything!
I’m so grateful to Masha @marydery and Kostya @lets_spread_the_lovee for inviting me to join the team a year ago. Since then, we’ve been creating events that keep getting better and better.

Our little team of nine people is truly amazing: hardworking, fun, energetic and incredibly positive. Despite all the stress and uncertainty, we managed to keep a great atmosphere throughout the whole process. And I think our guests could feel it too. I’m especially grateful to the whole team and all our volunteers!

2. Money and festivals are a complicated cocktail!
Putting on festivals these days is really difficult. You can invest an enormous amount of time, energy and effort and still end up not covering all the expenses. That’s frustrating and, honestly, disappointing.

We’ll take the lessons, do the numbers better and prepare even more carefully next time.

But what makes it all worthwhile is the experience our guests had — those three magical days that they could actually feel and live through.

And whatever happens next, what we created this year was genuinely cool.

We should be proud of ourselves. 🖤💫

A Musical Journey Through Elidium

At @elidium_festival , the programme isn’t built around headliners. It’s built around flow. Every artist has a purpose, every transition is intentional, and every stage represents a different chapter of the same story. Over three days, the festival unfolds as a continuous journey, evolving with the light, the landscape and the collective energy of everyone gathered at @doma.portugal
