PLAY ON! 🎃

A museum after dark. No kids. Just adults... and a bunch of bunnies.

On October 16, Hope for Providence teamed up with the Providence Children’s Museum for their 21+ Night at the Museum — and the whole point was simple: adults don’t get enough playtime.

So we gave them the museum. After dark. With their people.

Costumes everywhere — Morticia, a pumpkin, a star. Tarot readings, crafts at the tables, giant Connect Four, card games, the water table — and yes, petting bunnies. One guest’s review: “I want to take a bunny home. If one goes missing, it wasn’t me.” 🐰

The line that stuck with me: “It’s really cool to be in a museum when there’s no children here.”

Play is usually at a park, or at home. This was different — a whole museum, after dark, full of adults who came together to just... play. To tap back into the silly side of things we don’t get enough of.

That’s what Hope for Providence is about: making space for people in this city to come together, share an experience, and leave a little lighter.

Thank you to the Providence Children’s Museum for opening your doors to us, and to everyone who showed up in costume and came ready to play.

More of this to come.

No humans or animals were harmed… just a whole lotta cuteness and a lil’ self-care. Play-On 2026 was EVERYTHING! Good people, great vibes, and the sweetest, cuddliest companions all for a good cause!

Giving back, making connections, and minding my inner child? Yeah, that’s my kind of play day. Thank you @pvdchildrensmuseum for the invite and letting me be the big kid I’ll ALWAYS be at heart.

SURPRISE! 💐✨ We’re in Providence Monthly!

To say we’re over the moon would be an understatement. Seeing LiRog featured in the September issue was the sweetest surprise, and we’re heading into the fall season feeling extra grateful. 🍂💐

And a very special thank you to Chris Revill for helping us get here and making this feature possible! 🤍

Had the honor of joining @clubambitionpodcast, arguably one of the biggest podcasts and YouTube channels in Rhode Island.

Huge thanks to Victor and the entire crew—I had a blast! Hearing Victor call me an OG podcaster who helped pave the way for Rhode Island’s podcast scene was incredibly validating.

I started @letschatpodcast in 2013 and hosted and self produced 250+ episodes over a decade. Let’s Chat! lead to so many opportunities and changed the trajectory of my life.

I’ve always thought of podcasting like the punk scene I grew up in: the bands that don’t blow up, but inspire the next generation of bands that become huge.

After ending the show I hoped that’s what the legacy would be—and hearing Victor say that meant more than he probably realized.

Thank you, @itsavibe and the entire Club Ambition crew, for everything you do to support the RI podcast scene.
