The other day with my beautiful wife @giovannagrazi celebrating our anniversary with dinner at Epcot. Mom tagged along and we ate at the Mexican pyramid restaurant, the food was great. We walked the whole park round afterwards to help with digestion lol It was cold and chilly but we layered up and enjoyed the whole night. Grateful for nights like this 🙏🏼 Enjoy the photo dump.

Should You Stretch Before Lifting? 🚫🤔

If you’re still doing static stretches before hitting the weights, stop. It’s killing your strength.

Instead, here’s how to actually warm up for a strong, injury-free workout:

✅ Skip the static stretching—it can reduce power and doesn’t prep your muscles for lifting.
✅ Do a dynamic warm-up—use bands, bodyweight movements, or light weights to activate muscles and increase blood flow.
✅ Focus on movement patterns—warm up with the same exercises you’ll be lifting but with lighter resistance.

This isn’t just about warming up—it’s about lifting heavier, staying injury-free, and building more muscle.

DM “COACH” for a program that takes the guesswork out of training.

I was blessed with the opportunity to create some core memories and was able to share it with family. I’m grateful to God for directing our steps to make it one of the best trips of my #30s. I can’t wait to be back in #DC Matthew 6:25-34

Just another day spent chasing this dream! Did you know at 15yo (1997) I wrote a business plan for an Automotive Shop for a business class I was taking in High School??

I still have it and keep it at the shop to remind me that I'm literally living my teenage dreams out!!!
