I never remember to take a video after a hair appointment *facepalm* I have to share the full capacity of @letsgetbangs skills, because my last post was from the day after.

@letsgetbangs gave me the refresh of all refreshes. I think sitting in that chair I was able to relax for the first time in two months. We did a hint of a bang with long layers, tons of bulk removal, and a shiny Espresso gloss. #beauty #brunettes #espressohair #bangs #hotd

Being a part of something bigger than yourself is a feeling you can’t replace🤍

Today two of our very own talented educators @deeprootsatx taught a color correction class. Watching @extendedxstrands & @hairmarissa.v pour their knowledge into our team made me so proud.

It’s not just about what we can accomplish individually, but what we can learn & build together. It’s much more than just doing hair for us that’s for sure… our team is something special & I am so grateful and proud to be a part of it 🥹🩷

Our annual Deep Roots and Skin by Deep Roots summer boat party never disappoints ☀️

Stepping away from the salon and spa and getting to spend some time together outside of work always warms our hearts. We have rhe most amazing team. Lots of learning, pivoting, and adjusting over the years to form a culture so tight and so full of love 🫶

We are so proud of our team and grateful for all that they do. Half way through the year and ready to finish strong the next 6 months.

L❤️VE you guys❣️

🏝️ Happy Birthday to the Mayor of Balayage Island 🏝️

Island rules for today:

✨ High Tides, Higher Bangs

Today we’re celebrating David! IYKYK

David is a master of balayage, lived-in color, iconic captions, and making every client feel like a 10/10. 🔥This year he stepped into an educator role and it’s no surprise he’s a natural at that too.

We’re so lucky to have you on the team, David. You’re everyone’s biggest cheerleader and genuinely one of the most talented artists we know. Your dedication, support, and big heart don’t go unnoticed.

Thank you for 6 amazing years (almost 7!), all the laughs, and for making “balayage mandatory”😂. You’re such a big part of what makes Deep Roots special and we wouldn’t have you any other way.

We love you! Hope your birthday is full of sunshine, good cake, and hair that behaves 😉☀️💛

Happy Birthday, David🤍
