This is a quieter weekend in Baltimore — but I still found some really fun, affordable events and most of them are just so BALTIMORE 💕🥰

✨2025 superlatives, as told by me 🤍✨

2025 was brutal. I got to experience so much life and beauty, but I honestly felt like a shell of myself for most of it. I look back and these photos and feel only half-present for most of it. 🖤

I burnt out on social media early in the year - to the point where my physical heath was deeply impacted. I was running 24/7, working 3 jobs, saying yes to everything, had my first hate video made about me (!!! 😳), and began to care more about my online life than my offline life. Every analytic started to feel deeply tired to my worth as a human. I didn’t feel like me anymore and I began to really hate social media, which broke my heart because this page is my passion project and my entire heart 💕

In the midst of it all, Oliver started with dementia symptoms in April 2025. We had a complicated, time sensitive medicine routine multiple times a day. We didn’t sleep more than 3 hours a night for all of September. We cried endless tears in anticipatory grief. We did everything we could for him and making the decision to say goodbye was both the right and worst thing to do. Saying goodbye to my boy on November 23, 2025 is forever seared into my memory as the worst, but most peaceful, day. He took a part of me with him that day, and I haven’t felt like myself since then. 💔🕊️

But through it all, I’ve come home to myself. I’ve gotten offline. I’ve slowed down. I’ve reassessed. I’ve become a softer, gentler, more compassionate version of myself. I’m humbled by the way my IRL community and this online community showed up for me this year. 😭I feel so undeserving of the love I felt poured into my life this year.

I have ZERO CLUE where 2026 is taking me, but ready or not, here we go ✨🪩
