Had an incredible time at @kickhousescottsdale brought to you by @babesinbusinessscottsdale !!!

This was such a fun way to workout and move my body, and. I will definitely be back for another class! We did the Squid Games class & I would highly recommend if you want something fun to do while still moving your body. I was sore in ways I didn’t even know I could be - but it was well worth it!

I love Pilates… but let me be real,I’m not always consistent 😅

And every time I take a little break and come back?
It humbles me REAL quick.

Finally got to check out Revolve Pilates thanks to Glow Collective, and not only is the studio so cute, but this class definitely put me to WORK.

Even though I was fighting for my life in some of these clips 😂 Pilates has genuinely been such a big part of my fitness journey. It’s helped me build strength, stability, and really shape my body in a way I love.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into it… this is your sign. #arizonaplaces @revolvepilatesaz @letsglowcollective @babesinbusinessscottsdale

Not me finding out Sophie May started in a guest bedroom 😭✨
Erika built her boutique from scratch, still pops up at events with her tiny shop on wheels, and her storefront is now almost 3 years old 👏
I LOVE a woman-owned business—this is part of our Babes in Business Scottsdale spotlight series, highlighting local businesses you need to know. Go shop and show some love 💕

You can find the tiny shop @madewithlove.markets for their Made For Mama Market coming up in April!!

✨ Radiant Glow Aesthetics ✨

Located in Ahwatukee right on the Chandler/Phoenix border, Erica is truly one of the most passionate aestheticians I’ve met. She genuinely cares about helping you feel confident in your own skin and it shows in her work.

This oxygen facial was exactly the refresh my skin needed. Hydrated, glowy, and just overall revived ✨

If you’ve been needing a little self-care moment, book with Erica and experience it for yourself. You’ll leave glowing…inside and out 🤍

💐 If you’re looking for an interactive, creative activity to do with your girl friends, you have to check out these flower arranging workshops at The Flower Garage in Scottsdale. I recently went to a private workshop there, and it was such a fun experience. We each got to design our own bouquets using the most beautiful, unique flowers (no two arrangements looked alike, which made it so special). The best part? You don’t need any floral experience at all. They walk you through everything step-by-step and make it feel easy and inspiring.

✨ Here’s what they offer:
🌷 Public Workshops – open classes you can sign up for solo or with friends (they fill up fast!)
🌸 Private Workshops – for groups of 10–25, perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, team events, or girls’ nights. You can bring your own food + drinks, and they handle all the setup, cleanup, and supplies.
🌼 Mobile Workshops – they can even come to you if you want to host a floral night at home or your office!

Each session is around 90 minutes, and you’ll leave with a gorgeous bouquet and a new creative outlet you didn’t know you needed. Thank you to Dani for the amazing experience and for having us in. Shoutout to Glow Collective for making it all happen.

This restaurant is also a coffee shop, bakery, and it serves up breakfast

@georgeandgather is located right in Downtown Chandler. I love this restaurant because they are seed oil free and have gluten-free options available. Fun fact, they have their own coffee shop where they make all their syrups from scratch. Get the pumpkin latte with the pumpkin whoopie pie. it's amazing! I also love their chocolate chip pumpkin muffins!

They serve breakfast in the am, and there's a coworking space here, too. For breakfast, my top picks are the Maple pecan Parfait, Carrot Cake pancakes, harvest bowl, and breakfast sandwich.
