There’s a lot of darkness in the world.

Sometimes, instead of waiting for the light… you have to become it.

Don’t let what’s happening around you change who you are within.

Keep choosing love.
It doesn’t always have to be some huge gesture.

Sometimes it’s as simple as smiling and acknowledging someone. Helping your neighbor. Lending an ear to somebody who needs to be heard. Showing kindness when you could’ve just kept walking.

You never really know what somebody else is carrying. Sometimes a little bit of light is all they needed that day. 🧘🏽‍♂️

I’m still figuring it out too.
Still learning.
Still becoming.
Still growing. 🌱

And if you see this—even if we don’t talk,
Love ya & I hope you’re doing well.

Don’t let the world harden you.

Day by day, we grow into more of who we’re meant to be.

Let’s grow. 🌱

Always Growing. 🔥🧘🏽‍♂️🌊

Wellness is not just about how you look physically.

It includes how you think, how you feel, how you work, who you surround yourself with, what keeps you grounded, and how you care for your body.

In this carousel, we are breaking down six important aspects of wellness:

Physical wellness
Intellectual wellness
Occupational wellness
Spiritual wellness
Social wellness
Emotional wellness

The goal is not to become perfect in every area overnight.
The goal is to become aware of where you are, identify where you need support, and begin making intentional changes one decision at a time.

Swipe through and ask yourself which area deserves more attention in your life right now.

Physical wellness is not only about exercise or appearance.

It is about creating a body that can support the life you are trying to build.

Movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery all influence your energy, focus, confidence, and ability to manage stress.

You do not need to change everything at once.

Choose one healthy action you can repeat consistently.
Take a walk.
Drink more water.
Improve your sleep.
Prepare one balanced meal.

Small choices become habits, and habits eventually become your lifestyle.

Make Yourself A Priority.

Your mind needs movement too.

Intellectual wellness is developed when you remain curious, explore new perspectives, ask better questions, and continue learning.

You can strengthen it by reading, studying, listening, creating, solving problems, or having conversations that challenge the way you think.
You are not expected to know everything.

But you should remain willing to learn something.

A growing mind allows you to recognize opportunities that an unprepared mind may overlook.

What is one subject you want to understand better?

🍽️ If food is fuel… what are you fueling your body with?

You can work out every day, but what happens outside the gym matters too.

Good nutrition doesn’t mean never eating bread, pasta, fast food, or going out to eat.

You can eat almost anything — awareness is the key.

Start asking:

🥩 Where’s my protein?
🥦 Where’s my fiber?
🍠 Am I choosing nutrient-dense carbs?
🥑 Am I getting healthy fats?
💧 Am I drinking enough water?
👀 What do the serving size & Daily Values actually say?

The dose matters. Too much of almost anything can work against your goals.

And yes, you can still eat out.

In this video I used QDOBA, Chipotle & Culver’s as examples of quick options. At a sit-down restaurant the choices may change, but the principle doesn’t:

Prioritize protein + vegetables/fiber, choose your carbs intentionally, watch liquid calories & added sugar, and pay attention to portions.

One of the BEST things you can do?

Track what you eat. ⤵️

It feels like work at first — but tracking teaches you what’s actually in your food.

Eventually you recognize portions, understand your macros, know what keeps you full, and learn what actually serves your goals.

That’s when nutrition becomes less about “I can’t eat that” and more about:

“How does this fit into what my body needs today?”

🌱 Don’t just count calories. Make your calories count.

Your attention is expensive.

The whole world is competing for it every single day — your phone, social media, the news, other people, distractions, even your own thoughts.

So be intentional about what you’re willing to pay attention to.

Because what gets your attention influences your thoughts.
Your thoughts influence your decisions.
Your decisions become habits.
And your habits help shape your life.

Not everything deserves access to your mind, your energy, or your time.

Before you give something another five minutes, ask yourself:

**Is this worth what I’m paying for it?**

Protect your attention.
Choose where your awareness goes.
And keep investing it into the things that help you grow. 🌱

The older I get, the less birthdays feel like a celebration of age—and the more they feel like a reminder of just how many lives have touched mine.

Another year gives you a reason to look back.

At the friends who showed up.
The love and support of family.
The people who gave me something you can never get back: **their time.**

Whether that was time spent talking, laughing, working, training together in class, creating memories, sharing advice—or simply being present.

I think about the people who reached out.
The ones who celebrated with me.
The people who supported me, challenged me, encouraged me, taught me something, or crossed my path at exactly the right moment.

Some stayed for years.
Some were only part of a chapter.
Some may never even realize the impact they had.

And somewhere along the way, I hope I’ve been able to leave that kind of impact on a few people too.

I’m incredibly grateful our paths crossed.

For the people.
For the memories.
For the lessons.
For another year. 🥂

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

And I think there’s a lot of truth in that.

We spend so much time thinking about what’s next—
the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of ourselves—

that sometimes we forget to appreciate the people, moments, and experiences that helped us become who we are right now.

So instead of making this post only about my birthday, I want to give you an opportunity to stop and look around too:

**Who is one person you’re grateful crossed your path?**

Or—

**What’s one memory or lesson from this past year that you never want to forget?**

Tell me in the comments. 👇🏽
You never know who might need the reminder to appreciate it too.

Some of the best growth this past year didn’t happen alone—it happened in rooms full of people who pushed me to keep getting better.

To my fellow instructors: thank you.

Thank you for coming to my classes, supporting what I’m building, bringing your own energy into the room, and giving me the chance to learn from you when I stepped into yours.

This trip didn’t start with a plan.
It started with a decision.

I asked my business partner where I should go, didn’t question it, didn’t hesitate — I just moved. Eight hours later, I was walking Broadway in Nashville. The next morning, I wanted space, so I drove to the Smoky Mountains.

Napoleon Hill said most people never truly decide — they drift. This weekend reminded me how much clarity shows up once you stop waiting for certainty and start trusting yourself.

The environment helped — but it didn’t choose for me. I chose first. The movement didn’t create the belief. It revealed it. Changing locations doesn’t change your life unless you’ve already decided who you’re becoming.

Victor Frankl taught that freedom comes with responsibility. I built the life. I carried the weight. For a long time, the only thing holding me back wasn’t opportunity — it was my own thinking.

You already have what you need. The skills. The tools. The capacity. What matters is being willing to bet on yourself before everything feels “perfect.”

Clarity doesn’t come before action.
It meets you along the way.

Two days ago I posted on my Snapchat story a screenshot reflecting silver’s growth over the last one year.

Knowing a standard “market rate of return” is approximately 8 to 12% per year, this single “reserve asset” segment of my portfolio, happened to grow by nearly 60% (59%).

The part that was crazy is just TWO DAYS later, an individual investments within that slice of the pie increased from 350-500%.

This is not a flex, this is to teach and help bring awareness about what is possible behind the scenes.

If you have questions,
I’m happy to answer what I can-
