We partnered @salomonrunning with four awesome London run crews to put the Blaze 4 GRVL through there paces at the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

We loved bringing these communities together. Huge thanks to every community involved and to the high energy cheer crews who showed up for their runners on the day. The Salomon cheer zone was an absolute vibe, with non stop energy and community spirit from start to finish.

We did it Joe!

Your boy just ran the Chicago Marathon.

Decided to do this to loose weight and try reverse diabetes. Did not know how important carbs would have been for the journey (lol).

Also I have wanted something to be proud of outside of work.

I did my ugly cry over the finish line the was the hardest thing I have ever done but had to do it my way and have fun.

🌸 Rome Ostia here we come!!

I’ll run my first half marathon there on the 28th of February 🥳🏃🏽‍♀️🌞💫

I am feeling deliriously excited and will run with the wonderfully supportive @letsrunwithpurpose crew! 💫

I am also slightly sh*tting my palazzo trousers because running does not come naturally to me… I run once a week though and I feel like I’m doing God’s work by doing so, because the dopamine it takes out of me to get me motivated is insane!😎

I will run in honour of my mum @francoiseavrillas who is such a strong human thriving with a stoma and motor neurone disease after beating cancer twice. I will soon set up a fundraiser for charities and if you have any to recommend I’m keen to consider them!! 🫶🏽

I am so excited about taking you on this journey with me because I’ll be a totally different person by then, wish me luck!! Sorry in advance for making running my personality 🤩🫶🏽💫

Any tips?

Bisous 😘

Loving to run with @letsrunwithpurpose on Monday eves!! 🏃🏽‍♀️ I am using the run club as an anchor against seasonal depression because the people, the place and the pace are perfect 👌🏾 and our conversations always so enriching!!

Alsoooo time to announce that I’ve done a thing, I’ve signed up to run Rome Ostia’s half marathon on the 28th of February 2027 with @letsrunwithpurpose 🌸🤩💫💕

Do I run? Once a week and usually for up to 4km.
Have I ever done a race? Does racing after your dog count?
Am I ready? Hell no hehe
Am I going to have fun in the process? Hell yes baby 🌸

I will soon set up a fundraiser to support research for motor neurone disease as this is the illness my mum is suffering from 💕

Stay tuned!!
Love and light 😘

Not much work on today, which means I get to train twice 😄 HARD 🙃

Day started with a run to gym, for just over an hours work on legs and core, also doing 10 mins on stair master and high intensity high incline on the dreamill 😰

After a run home, I had a couple hours work to do, before heading out on my second session, a 16km run 🏃‍♂️ Hoping to push the pace abit ahead of my 18km race on Sunday… not as fast as I’d have liked, however after the weekend I’ve had I was pleased with time 💪🏼

Total k’s for day being 26km 🏃‍♂️

Now time to relax for the rest of evening… 💤

Top feom @letsrunwithpurpose 🔥

What an experience! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Pacing 1:40 at this year’s Kenilworth Half Marathon. A special moment in my journey and a special feeling helping other people chase and achieve their goals.

Another one of those moments that makes me stop and realise just how far I’ve come.

Thank you @sinead.harrison.1 @dri.run @kenilworth_half_marathon for the opportunity 🫶🏼

Huge shoutout to the @letsrunwithpurpose cheer squad! You lot never fail to bring the noise and the vibes 🫶🏼👏🏼

Very grateful for where running continues to take me.

BIG HALF 26

I wasn’t able to exercise for nearly 3 months so going into the half marathon with no training was somewhat insane.

Doing it in the heat was even worse. But I crossed the finish line. Swore and complained lots about the weather.
