Tryna fit an entire year into 20 slides is impossible. The fact that it’s been a year already doesn’t feel real. This was a labor of love from me & my friends. Every meeting, phone call, link up. It’s was all worth it. Every producer, writer, engineer, photographer. It was all worth it. Getting back here wasn’t easy it’s been years, but I’m happy to be here and thank each and every one of you for welcoming me back with open arms. I ain’t gon make this too long cause “Love On Purpose” is still meeting new people daily. Keep streaming, keep sharing, Keep Loving on Purpose. 🤞🏾❤️

Sometimes the session be 20% writing, 30% fighting writer’s block & 50% looking for ya damn lighter 😂🔥

“EXTRAORDINARY” was one of those records where I knew exactly what I wanted it to FEEL like… I just had to figure out how to say it.

Beings tho I don’t physically write anymore my lyrics and melodies are mirrored to the subject matter of the song. I gotta feel it, have lived it or seen it. Needless to say that 1st verse was kicking my ass 😭😂. So I walked around the studio, cleared my head, finally found that mf lighter… came back, locked in and walked that 2nd verse down in one take. 🎙️🔥Sometimes you gotta stop forcing it and let the record come to you.

Sometimes you meet somebody who makes the regular shit feel different. “Extraordinary” is about that one person who stands out without even trying. The connection feels different. The energy feels different. Even the simplest moments hit different.

It’s that feeling when somebody goes from being a person you like… to somebody you can’t quite explain. They got that something.
