Honored to attend Senator Susan Rubio’s Domestic Violence Policy Roundtable. Bringing together lived experiences and legislative advocacy is essential to creating real, lasting change, Survivor Voices. Stronger Protections. A Safer California.
Grateful to listen to and learn from these powerful leaders:
Senator Susan Rubio: Turning survivor lived experience into legislative reform through the Phoenix Act, Reclaim Act, and statute of limitations expansion.
Karen Chun: Driving victim-centered reforms and advocacy through Karen’s Bill.
Denise Richards: Exposing systemic court failures, navigating divorce, and fighting against image-based abuse.
Terra Newell: Sharing her story of survival and navigating life after abuse.
Jazmin Villanueva: Advocating fiercely for survivors in honor of her sister.
When survivor perspectives drive legislative action, we build a safer future for everyone. 💜

Political leaders with real weight behind them keep telling me the same thing: “Michael, if we can only win one statewide race this election, it’s yours.”

We can win the Attorney General’s race. When we do, everything changes for California.

Vote Michael Gates for Attorney General. #gates4ag

LAN Noodle House | West Covina
Combo C || Spicy Pickled Mustard Green Beef + Tea Egg + Pickled Veg App + Diet Coke = $20.99

Rich, spicy broth, tender slices of beef, and just the right amount of tang from the mustard greens made for a really well-balanced bowl. The side of pickled vegetables added a nice crunch and acidity to cut through all that richness. Definitely a solid meal and hell of a deal!

I believe in the Second Amendment, no government should unduly restrict the rights of law-abiding citizens.

Since COVID, California agrees. Gun ownership and sales have skyrocketed. The people of California are ready for an AG who actually defends their rights.

People blame Newsom for California’s failure, but let’s be specific.

Election integrity issues? That’s Rob Bonta. $425 billion in waste, fraud and abuse? That’s Rob Bonta. California ranking as the 2nd most dangerous state in the nation? That’s Rob Bonta.

Time to hold the right person accountable.
