looking back on a year I will always be so thankful for

Running for District 12 Officer was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. It pushed me way outside my comfort zone, introduced me to so many incredible people, and taught me more than I ever could’ve expected.

State Conference was definitely one of my favorite memories of the year, I am beyond grateful for the people DECA has brought into my life. @malixdeca

Behind every great chapter is an even better advisor. Thank you, Mrs. J, for everything this year.

Grateful to be surrounded by a team that’s just as passionate about DECA as I am.

Looking back on the 2025-2026 year, I’m just incredibly grateful for every opportunity this year gave me, and for all the memories I will never forget!

Serving as Chapter President is something I do not plan on taking lightly. This year, I hope to help make competition feel more approachable for everyone whether it be first years or experienced members. I hope to accomplish this by creating better study resources for members to prepare with confidence. I also want to strengthen our connections with local businesses and our community because I believe one of the best parts of DECA is using what we learn to make a difference beyond the classroom. Most of all, I genuinely hope every member feels supported and excited to grow. I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!
