I’ve been wanting to take Rachel’s class since I met her at the Heels N Hype 👠 pop up class a few months ago! 😃 I was like “that girl with the orange hair is a really good dancer” 😆 🧡

It was great to feel sexy ❤️ I liked learning the fast vs slow rhythms that we could hear in the music 🎵 and doing more time on the floor too. Also, Sam Smith song was perfect for celebrating pride. 🌈

In late elementary school, I wore oversized jerseys.
Not because I loved sports—
but because they were everywhere and they were what fit.

Now? I wear the jersey on MY terms. Fitted. Empowered. Confident.

Back then, it felt like a way to hide.
Now, it feels like power. Like movement. Like me.

Tate McRae made jerseys cool again—
but this isn’t about a trend.
It’s about taking something that once felt like a limit,
and turning it into self-expression.

I was honored when Logan, one of the choreographers, chose me to dance with him in this duo 💙

To anyone redefining what once defined you—this is your reminder:
You’re allowed to change the meaning.

So special having my boyfriend see the behind-the-scenes of our music video shoot for the first time — surrounded by the friends and mentors who make this dance journey so meaningful. 💃🎬❤️ #DanceFam #BTSMagic #GratefulHeart What a great conclusion to Free Dance Week 🤗 Can’t wait to see my new friends next week

My confidence has grown so much in Contemporary. 🥹 I’m starting to pick up on similar movements and how to do those in my body and trust that it will look graceful. I was really feeling the emotion of it today too.

There are still more free classes this week! Come to the sassy 💁🏼‍♀️ side and try heels 👠 (no heels required).

Night 1 of Free Dance Class Week at @levelupcomplex was such a success! ⭐️

I got to catch up with old friends 🤗 and meet new friends 🤗 all in this space that means so much to me ❤️ It made my heart SO HAPPY to welcome people into this community! 🥰

Honestly the wellness coach in me was excited also - seeing all of these adults - who probably came from their job - take the time to get their activity in with a community of people and help their brain 🧠 and body 💪 while having fun too. 🤩 Look at us! We are doing it!

It also just hit differently to see so many graceful ballerinas 🩰 like when we all gently raised our arms up in a curve to look across the room and see us all simultaneously- it’s such art 🥹 and to have so many combinations of dancers to film with tonight for Jazz was such a joy! 🎥

The week is far from over yet…. Come dance with us!
