Growth takes TIME. And it takes FOOD. 🍽️💪🏼

March 27, 2025 ➡️ October 12, 2026.

In the photo on the left, I was already 5 months post-bodybuilding show. I had gone through my reverse diet and was beginning my growth phase. The photo on the right was taken yesterday, over a year and a half later.

And THIS is why I preach patience. 👏🏼

Building muscle doesn’t happen overnight. It takes months and YEARS of showing up, training hard, eating enough, recovering, and trusting a process that doesn’t always give you immediate results.

One of the biggest lessons bodybuilding has taught me is that you cannot be afraid to EAT if you want to GROW.

Not every season is about getting leaner. Not every phase is about seeing the number on the scale go down. Sometimes the goal is to eat MORE, get STRONGER, and give your body what it needs to build.

Growth isn’t always comfortable, and progress isn’t always linear. But the work you’re putting in today is building the version of yourself you’ll see a year from now.Stop rushing the process. Fuel your body. Lift heavy. Be patient.

You can’t expect years of growth from a few months of effort. 🌱🦋

Same girl. Different season. A whole lot of food, discipline, and consistency in between. ❤️

No excuses, just hard work. 💪🔥 Every workout is another step toward becoming the best version of myself. God gave me the strength, and I’m putting in the work. 🙏🏽🏆
