Weekly 6am Female only run club ✔️ (even when there were quiet months, we STILL showed up)
4 events weekly for 12 months straight ✔️
Creating friendship circles outside of the community ✔️
We involved community members businesses in our events to share the love and encourage new business ✔️
We collaborated with other communities as we we believe in the power of collaboration over competition ✔️

I built Dubai’s fastest-growing female-only fitness community, growing to 600+ community members in less than 7 months.💗

People often ask me what the most important leadership skill is.

It’s not being the loudest person in the room.

It’s not showing everyone how great YOU are.

The best leaders help people see how great they are.

Great leadership is showing people their superpowers, not showing them yours.

The strongest communities, businesses, and teams are built when people feel seen, valued, and capable of more than they ever thought possible.

1. Reading the Room

2. Listening to People’s Goals & Struggles

3. Helping People See Their Transformation

4. Emotional Intelligence

5. Leading by Example (being your authentic self)

As a leader, your job isn’t to be the star of the show.

Motivate them to feel and visualise the bridge between were they are now and the transformation they can reach too. #leadermindset

Good design doesn't just inform. It helps important conversations reach the right audience.

Proud to have contributed to the visual materials created for The Valens Clinic during their participation at Level Up Expo.

The project centered around communicating the vision behind The Valens Edge, an initiative that highlights the connection between mental well-being and athletic performance.

Thank you to @alixcake and the entire team at @thevalensclinic for the trust and collaboration.

And appreciation to @levelupsportstech Expo for creating a platform where meaningful ideas can be shared with a wider audience. A pleasure to be part of the journey.

Hydration. Redefined. 💧✨
At the Level Up Innovation Expo, @Dubai Creek Harbour, it was my absolute pleasure to experience the most refreshing, premium alkaline water — AQUIVIO Alkaline Hydrogen Water! 🌊🙏
A huge heartfelt thank you to Daniel Hill and the entire AQUIVIO team for giving me this wonderful opportunity to taste the sweetest, purest alkaline water I have ever had! 🙌💖
AQUIVIO is not just water — it is smart hydration designed for people and the planet. 🌍
💎 Naturally alkaline at pH 8+, enriched with molecular hydrogen — this is water at its finest.
💎 Negative ORP, H₂ enriched, and smoother than anything I have ever tasted — pure liquid gold!
💎 A tiger drinks from the purest streams — and AQUIVIO is the purest stream in Dubai! 🐯💧
💎 True innovation is not just about technology — it is about elevating everyday human experiences.
💎 When you hydrate right, you think right, you perform right, and you live right. 🌟

The most genuine opportunities are built on establishing real friendships first.

@shapeupwomensclub was created to prove one thing: when women come together through fitness, titles fade, backgrounds blend, and egos disappear.

If you wear a Rolex or drive a Bentley, no one cares when you put your gym clothes on and you run or workout at one of our events together✨

I find in the fitness space no matter what hierarchy or status you are, none of that matters.

all that matters is about helping each other grow and become better mentally physically and spiritually in every way possible.

That’s the power of our community. 🤎✨#shapeupwomensclub #fitnessmotivation #femaleempowerment #levelupexpo

Some events feel like a window into the future 🔥

I attended the @levelupsportstech event with one intention: to meet the people who are actively building the global longevity movement.

Amazing experts:
- Stephan Muller | Director at WHOOP GCC @stephanrunsdxb @whoop
(advanced wearable health tech turning real-time data into meaningful behaviour change)

- Rafael Oliveira | Sr. Director of International & Partnerships at Eight Sleep @rafaelgo @eightsleep
(sleep fitness innovation — from temperature regulation to health tracking and intelligent recovery)

- Dave Catudal | Co-founder at FORUS @davecatudal @forus.supplements
(science-backed supplements built around longevity and athletic recovery)

- Remi Vanecht | Head of Education at Hyperice
(cutting-edge recovery tools powered by percussion, vibration and mobility science) @remi.vanecht @hyperice

I’m deeply into longevity, sports, tech, e-commerce, GTM strategy and community building, that’s why it was both inspiring and strategically energizing for me🔥

And there is so much the MENA region can learn from these companies: how they position, how they educate, how they build loyalty, and how they turn users into advocates and movements, not just revenue streams.

Also, we have a good chance we’ll see some of these leaders speaking to our MENA e-commerce community soon @menaecomcommunity 😌✨ Because innovation only becomes real when more people have access to it!

P.S. my biggest takeaway - SLEEP (swipe to watch the video in the carousel)
