From the street, it’s a London flat. Inside, it’s a country house in disguise, layered and lived-in, the work of over 40 years. By knocking two Battersea flats together, interior designer Cindy Leveson of @levesondesign and her husband John created the home they wanted, and have never needed, or wanted, to leave, discovers @jessicajonzen.

Waking up to a cosy autumn weekend has us thinking back to a particularly lovely breakfast at the LineUp showroom last week...☕️🥐

We were delighted to host the launch of the latest additions to Cindy Leveson's 𝘊𝘓 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, welcoming friends and interior designers for a morning of fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and plenty of scrumptious new designs to be inspired by.

From gorgeous new wallpapers and borders to tiles, crockery, and ceramics, Cindy's latest collection gave everyone plenty to admire - and no shortage of ideas for upcoming projects!

We even had a couple of four-legged guests join us for the morning, who seemed every bit as appreciative of the new collection as the rest of us 🐾

A huge thank you to Cindy, her team, and everyone who joined us for such a lovely morning.

The new 𝘊𝘓 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 designs will shortly be available to explore at the LineUp showroom on Lots Rd, Chelsea.

British interiors always seem to get the balance right… layered, useful, a little mismatched, and never too perfect.

Instagram compressed the slides a bit more than I expected, so some of the smaller text is hard to read. Here’s what slides 2, 3 & 5 say:

2: Different patterns, colors, art, and pieces that somehow still work together.
3: Florals, stripes, and wallpaper are layered like they were always meant to be together.
5: Baskets, lamps, pottery, and little tables can be practical and beautiful.

I love rooms that feel collected rather than decorated: art on the walls, pattern everywhere, old furniture, beautiful everyday things, and usually at least one slightly odd object tucked in somewhere.

I’m leaning fully into that this week because this Friday, I’ll be live with @gladysavenue for a British Interiors live sale. Lots of pieces we’ll be bringing would feel right at home in rooms like these.
