A group of community members and non profit organizations recently toured the Westlake theater in MacArthur park. We are hoping to purchase the building and turn the building into a cultural and public space to uplift and transform the area. Join us in this endeavor!

Yes, we now have bananas!

Thank you @cd1losangeles for Part 2 of Park to Park. Taking it all the way to Lafayette this time, I was psyched for the sequel. And, to show for it, I contributed a second card to my collection @picturethisboothla another tote to the totes @levittpavilionla water for everyone, and more fruit from the secret garden @cultivala1 to add to my bounty.

There was art, there were crafts, and people I didn’t know gave me free soda. Inflatable goals all around and the World Cup on HD. @boogalooassassins and @plenazotribe banged out tunes in the heat and astroturf never felt so good under my feet. I posed for a picture with a paper bus and came face-to-face with a paper bull.

Then this old man went west to @target for paper towels.

🇧🇿 @afropuntaofficial 🇭🇳 made history on @mac_losangeles stage last night w/ @pretty_gyal_hatake 🇭🇳 & @garifunaheritagefoundation 💛🖤

Central America & The Caribbean continues to make a effort to preserve its culture, its art, and its community here in Southern California. Stages like this aren't just a place to hold a FREE concert. It's a center to learn, share and grow.

From 2016 -2018 #WeLoveBelize co-Founder @DMWAlexander served as a canvaser for the @LevittPavilionLA @LevittFoundation summer concert series now rebranded to Music Art Community Los Angeles as they expanded their calendar beyond the summer season.
