A huge thank you to @lewie_coyle and @lewiecoylefa for inviting @oscarscharity to the launch event for his new Friday night sessions and showing your support for the work we do.

Sport has the power to unite people from all different walks of life and have such a positive impact on children’s lives.
With Lewie Coyle Football Academy becoming a charity partner of OSCAR’s, we are incredibly excited for the future and for the opportunity to help more families facing the unimaginable across Hull, East Yorkshire and beyond.

Lewie has seen first-hand the impact a childhood brain tumour diagnosis can have on a family through his support of @rouxsarmy so it means a lot to work alongside someone who truly understands why charities like OSCAR’s matter.

Lewie, thank you for your kindness towards the children and families we work with - we feel very lucky to have you in our corner.

And good luck on your other big adventure this season: leading @hullcity into the @premierleague

What an incredible turnout to the launch day for the new Friday night sessions at Haltenprice. I will never ever tire of seeing the next generation of children, the children of my city participating in sport and having a huge smile on their face while doing so. Sport has the power to unite people from all different walks of life and have such a positive impact on these children’s lives. It’s something that will always hold a special place in my heart, and something I will continue to do so with such a passion.

Massive thank you to the team that makes it all possible, too many to thank but you know who you are.

The city of hull is a special place filled with amazing people and it’s an honour to be able to do my bit to give back to this wonderful place.

LCFA continues to grow and will always be based around the morals and principles instilled in me from my old man🙏🏼🧡

Incredibly proud to announce an official partnership with @hullcityacademy and my academy @lewiecoylefa 🧡 My mission has always been to have a positive impact on the children of my city, a city which has given me and my family so much. Excited for the future and what this means for everything regarding LCFA. This place we all call home, provides a platform and an opportunity for the next generation to thrive and enhance their lives and if we can do our bit and help with that then everyone’s a winner. Proud moment for LCFA🧡

We are very proud to share that our 2026 Charity Footgolf Day raised an incredible £3270 👏🏼

£1635 will be donated to the 360 Grass Roots Foundation, helping financially disadvantaged young people in Hull access sports.

£1635 will be donated to Hull & East Yorkshire PFC, allowing disabled people in our region to play a sport they love.

A huge thank you to all 24 teams who entered and joined us last month. Your support made the day such a success and created a fantastic atmosphere on and off the pitch.

We would also like to thank our nine hole sponsors: Lewie Coyle Football Academy, Xero, NighthawkStudio, Graphic Power/ Artmarket, Allenby Commercial/ MONOCLE, Humber Business Supplies, First Intuition Yorkshire and Humber, Sapphire - Signmakers and 5Four Payroll Services.

Special thanks to our headline sponsor Thankyu for all your support with fundraising and equipment on the day.

Thank you to anyone who donated a raffle prize, bought a raffle ticket, helped spread the word or supported us in any other way.

Finally, thank you to @1stopgolf for hosting us for the fifth consecutive year. We’re excited to share that they’ll be having us back on 7 May 2027, so put the date in your calendar and get in touch if you would like to support or get involved!

We’re already counting down the days 💜

The biggest mistake in football? Thinking talent alone is enough.

Every player works on their touch.
Every player works on their fitness.

But not every player takes the time to reflect, learn and improve between matches.

The players who go furthest aren’t always the most gifted.
They’re the ones who stay curious, stay accountable and keep developing every part of their game.

That’s what Two Halves is all about.

Because football has two halves:
⚽ The physical.
🧠 The mental.

Train both.

There could never be a more special time for me to officially announce the launch of the Lewie Coyle Foundation, created to support and grow the incredible work already being done through my Academy, LCFA.

As a young lad from Hull who has now achieved his childhood dream, I want to use this platform to create even more opportunities for children and young people across this amazing City, my City.

The Foundation has been created to help young people dream big, feel supported through challenges, and develop self belief, resilience and a real sense of community.

Through the Lewie Coyle Foundation, it’s our hope to deliver projects across Hull that positively impact the lives of the next generation and help create opportunities for the future.

Any support from businesses or individuals, no matter how big or small, would mean the world to us and the young people we hope to support.

Please get in touch with my team if you’d like to get involved by supporting projects across 2026/27.
