We put a little COB twist on this trend! 🥍📚

Senior lacrosse players Dom and Tyler went head-to-head in a trivia challenge where the stakes were simple: answer correctly and you get to eat… answer wrong and it’s time to run! 😂🏃‍♂️

Dom came out on top this time, but both brought the competitive energy! 🏆👏

Project 9️⃣ just crossed the finish line! 🏁✅

We were honored to volunteer at the Angels Against Abuse 5K alongside Guardian Angel Community Services and Flyer Fanatics! We enjoyed cheering on participants as they took another step toward raising awareness for domestic violence. Shout out to the Lacrosse teams for the support!

Stay tuned to see what’s next for this historic service project 👀🔟

Next up on the staff introduction list is Coach Joe Perruzzi. Coach Perruzzi is the Head Coach at Lewis University in Romeoville. He is an incredible asset for our athletes in recruiting! Coach does a great job guiding kids through their process, making sure they find the right home!

Lewis ‘31

I am extremely honored and excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Lewis University.

First, I would like to thank my parents and the rest of my family for all they have done over the years and all the time they have sacrificed that helped me get to where I am today. I also want to thank them for pushing me to be the best player I could be.

Next, I would like to thank the Coaches I have had over the years. I want to thank Coach Billy for helping me with the recruiting process as well as helping me develop into a better person and player. I would also like to thank Coach Fredriksen, Coach K, Coach P, and Coach Jacobs at De Pere Lacrosse for believing in me and pushing me every day. Additionally, I would like to thank Coach Espo, Coach Casey, Coach Reiter, and all of the other coaches I have played under during my youth and high school career.

Lastly, I would like to thank Coach Perruzzi, Coach Siggins, and the rest of the Lewis coaching staff for giving me this incredible opportunity!

Go Flyers!

Getting better doesn’t have to be boring.

Open Runs are about competing, getting reps, trying new things, and having some fun while doing it. No standing around. No overcomplicating it. Just guys pushing each other and getting better every week.

The energy speaks for itself.
