#Gratituesday
On Saturday, I celebrated 29 years on this earth. My birthday was filled with more love than I could have ever imagined possible! In combination with the intense energy of the Super Full Moon, this time has been incredibly powerful. The main message that I received from this moon was to be present, to be very clear and specific with my intentions, and to let go of old stories around people pleasing...to connect fully with my highest self and honor my Truth and intuition. I took that message to heart and have spent the past few days reflecting and digesting it all.

In life, we go through periods of expansion and contraction. It is so important to honor that cycle and recognize when an expansion has occurred and to then give ourselves time to contract and digest. What that looked like for me this past weekend was a huge expansion in my heart on Saturday as I received an impossible abundance of love and birthday celebrations. The people in my life showed up for me like I could never have imagined possible. Then on Sunday, I entered into the contraction phase and spent a LOT of time on my yoga mat. I experienced a huge release as tears flowed through me during my morning practice. That space allowed me to digest all of the all of the experiences, messages, and celebrations of the weekend, and I literally felt all of the love and gratitude I received on my birthday pass through me.

I truly do not have words to adequately express that gratitude that I feel to be alive, to be sober, to have my health, to have such incredible family and friends. I am so grateful that today I can stand unshakably in my Truth, honor my divine Self, and dedicate my life to the service of spreading love, light, and healing. My life today at 29 is truly beyond my wildest dreams. I could not be more grateful for all of the lessons and blessings that got me here. Thank you all for being a part of my human experience and for reflecting the love that I feel in my heart back to me in such abundance. My wish for the year ahead is that we all may experience self-love and peace in our hearts. May we all be happy and joyous and free ✨💗🙏🏼📿

Reflecting on the beauty of life ✨
As the setting sun brings us into this weekend, a weekend that carries with it the energy of new beginnings, pause for a moment to let go of the old. Whether you are still carrying the weight of this week or some weight from the past year, consciously choose to release any old attachments or judgements that are no longer serving you. Take this time to also reflect back on the beauty of the past and pause for a moment of gratitude for the wonderful things in your life. Think of something that you are especially grateful for. Something that embodies joy and love in your life. Feel that gratitude filling your heart as you reflect. Embracing feelings of love, joy and gratitude in the present will allow you to manifest more of them in the future.

Today I am especially grateful for all of the people and relationships in my life. Having spent the past two weeks on the East Coast, I am overwhelmed by the fullness of my life - both here and in California (and beyond!). I am so grateful for the love that I feel for and from my friends and family. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to share sound and healing this trip and that I have such a beautiful life to return to on the West Coast. I am grateful that I get to be present to consciously enjoy and appreciate these feelings in the moment. As I reflect on the past and let go of any remaining old judgements and fears, I create space for even more love and fullness in the future. Subsequently, I feel my heart overflow in the present with love and gratitude for the many wonderful people in my life who make it so worth living.

While the energy of a full moon is always intense, this particular moon hits us deeply in the throat and root chakras - calling into question deeply rooted patterns of communication, relationships, and boundary setting. Over the past week, you may have experienced a rise in situations that are bringing to light old patterns of communication and relationships.

This Capricorn moon is helping us to dive deep beneath the surface and shine light into our shadows, old behaviors, core issues, and even demons from the past. These energies may have, for a time, been hidden within your consciousness - and this moon has the effect of resurfacing what still needs to be worked out.
