Finale Eleganza✨ My first week to week competition and I made the finale. I am so proud of the work I did. Even though I lost a LOT through it. If you want to tip me, please do! lol photos by @lex.light.studio This hand beaded garment was a labor of love. @fupa_official & @luigiana.purchase were a huge help with that part of the gown. I am so proud of Abstract Daddi for snatching that crown. He worked so incredibly hard. So many people were trying to tear him down along the way and he still stood in his Power & Talent. Wanna finally know exactly where to find us??? 🎉 1209 E 13th Ave Denver, CO- right in the heart of Capital Hill! Our neighbors at @wildcorgi @atomic_salvage and @thumpcoffeedenver have been so wonderful and welcoming, we are so ecstatic to be a part of this neighborhood! Some of you might know our space as formerly Ritual Social House, Niccolo’s Pizza before that, and Cricket on the Hill before that! The building’s got great bones and so much potential! 💖 On top of all the exciting things we have planned for the space, we can already tell yall that we have 20+ free parking spaces and we are completely ADA accessible!! AND during extra special occasions we’ll be able to take over our parking lot for outdoor festivals- maybe even another car wash or jello wrestling too? 😈 We have had an incredibly talented team of volunteers and have partnered Idle Hands Contracting to get the space in tip top shape for our soft and sober opening on October 23rd! Words cannot express how grateful we are for every single one of our volunteers and all the tasks they’ve been helping with- from discotile-ing hundreds of domes for a couple of disco mirrors and helping deconstruct old chair cushions to demoing, flooring, painting, sanding, and so much more- every ounce of help is what is making this space possible. We still have so much to do, but we have come so far already! MARK YOUR CALENDARS!! WE’RE OPENING!!!!! OCTOBER 23RD!!! 🌷✨💖 we will finally be opening our doors for our “soft and sober” opening starting October 23rd! 🎉🍾 we are patiently awaiting our liquor license which should be distributed later that week (and definitely before Halloween), and as soon as we get that we will be rocking and rolling with full liquor service! until then, help us get used to the space with mocktails, yummy bites, and good vibes! 😘 check out our event schedule beginning in November!! and a preview of just some of the incredibly talented creatives we have working on a huge itinerary of events, catered just for our community!!! ❤️‍🔥 a huge thank you to @oddhauscollective for continuing to style us to the nines for these photoshoots, @lex.light.studio for executing our visions to the fullest, and @violet.terror for working so diligently to get our graphic design vibe curated to perfection!!! ❤️❤️❤️ and we couldn’t do it with each and every one of our volunteers, this space is coming together incredibly and we are eternally grateful for each and every one of you!! 🥹❤️❤️❤️

Meet the Team: Lexy (@sailorkrat0m) 🦋💖 “I started throwing events with the intention of creating parties that I as a Black lesbian would enjoy and what I thought we as BIPOC sapphics deserve. I got to experience an exciting & culturally diverse queer party scene in Texas so I’m happy to bring a piece of that & my experiences to Denver. The sapphic community here has been wildly supportive and responsive of my efforts to bring unique sapphic nightlife experiences to the city. It feels nice to have an official home for us (Wild Tulips). I found myself in queer nightlife & I can’t wait to help others find themselves too, every Saturday night ❤️”
