This is more of a reminder to my self that I spent 14 years training, practicing, and playing soccer. Sometimes, I catch myself wondering, ‘What if I had started pursuing acting and modeling earlier? Where would I be now?’ But I try not to dwell on that. I truly believe I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Soccer was never just about the game—it taught me discipline, work ethic, self-motivation, and self-confidence. Those skills shaped who I am today and continue to guide me as I grow in acting and modeling.

For anyone starting something new later in life—yes, 25+—give yourself grace and time. Society loves to tell us we should have everything figured out, that making a 180 to pursue our passions is a ‘waste of time,’ and that if we do, we’re somehow behind. Like life runs on a strict timeline, and missing certain benchmarks means we’ll never catch up. Worse, that we’ll become the very stigma our families warned us about as kids. 🙄😒

But here’s the truth: it took me four years of starting from below ground zero just to get to where I am now as a model. And I still have a long way to go. Growth isn’t linear, and there’s no ‘right’ timeline for success. So keep going. Keep building. Your journey is yours. 💜
