A message I gave in session from Friday because I needed to hear it going into this past weekend.

We have such an incredible opportunity in this room to not only physically challenge ourselves, but also mentally and emotionally in ways that make us believe what we can do anything outside of the room too.

@epic_water_nerd congrats on choosing yourself 200 times. Thank you for choosing our team to be part of your journey of growth.

full circle moment being back in a room with creatives i’ve always admired... @aisha @carlygilleland @donny_starkins i’ve worked with each of you in some capacity and have always been so impressed by your ability to show up RAW. loved every moment of our conversation yesterday and honored doesn’t even cover it sharing a mic with y’all

i really love what i do... i think im really good at it, AND i also know theres more unfolding that needs to be done and that im nowhere near where i want to be, in and out of that room. movement is my vocation but more than that, it’s not something i try to be….I just am. so when you’re leaving these reviews and speaking to how you actually feel in the room y’all have nooo idea how much it truly means. Shoutout to the podium princesses @natalierosemvmnt and @samueln_ng who make this x100 better!!!

thank you for those who took the time to write these 🤎

🎶 This song and driving with the windows down (not during the AZ summer) 🎶

Last 2 mins of track 1: us learning a combo and putting it together in the saddle and then out of the saddle. It’s not about immediate perfection, it’s about building your confidence through repetition.

TLDR: This morning’s session was a very healing closure to a difficult month. Thank you for always showing up and inspiring me, team. 🤍

The thing you keep thinking about… the thing that feels a little scary… the thing you keep telling yourself “maybe next time” about…

That might be the very thing that changes everything.

PEPTALK is a room for the people willing to say yes before they feel completely ready.

Don’t let this be the thing you almost did✨
