STORY TIME📖: back in march when home trends magazine reached out I knew I wanted to include the whistler project. but of course, because it takes time to get edits done, they requested to have possession of the images asap.. the only problem was that the project wasn’t yet done.. we were missing electrical outlets 🤙🏼🫠 I spoke with my photographer, the GC and of course with the client’s approval we were able to get in early, have the shots taken of the space and apply the necessary edits to help make this feature what it is! (surprise surprise we added electrical outlets lol) but before submitting the shots to the editors u shoulda seen me viciously sending pictures to people asking “what they thought”.. and to “be honest” b/c I am biased and see everything when it comes to my work lol. alas, nobody saw anything but neither did u…? 😅🙃🥰💚💚⁣

cleaning, at the time, was NOT done so we did everything ourself and bless Josh for his amazing edits on making tape marks and dust go away haha.. it ain’t always glam baby but sometimes u gotta get on all 4s an scrub like ur life depends on it!! and then of course we went to get a burger. classic, right? 🤤🍔✨⁣

INSTEAD of working on PAID offer, The BOSSGRAM Academy⁣⁠⠀⁣⁣
⁣⁠⠀⁣⁣
BECAUSE I was nervous that if I launched a PAID program...⁣⁠⠀⁣⁣

You see, when you HOLD BACK your PAID offers⁣⁠⠀⁣⁣

You are not just doing a massive disservice to yourself for not being COMPENSATED for sharing a PREMIUM service⁣

It wasn't always smooth sailing when I started my coaching business...⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
In fact, I made TONS of mistakes.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
People look at my success and envy how fast it "blew up"⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
I sold out my 1:1 program within 3 months of launching.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
Sounds great, right!?⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
NOT.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
At the time, I didn't know my full capacity⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
So I said YES to everyone who seemed like a great fit⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
This then created a backlog of clients⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
to the point at my highest peak I was serving 13 clients all at once (as a NEW coach)...⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
to the point where I had to refund people on waitlist because I was TAPPED the FUCK out...⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
to the point where my income completely halted because I could no longer take on more clients⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
and therefore had to launch my course prematurely⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
which caused MASSIVE burnout that I JUST finished recovering from (and as a result is now delaying my relaunch)⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
This fast growth catapulted a new coach like me at the time into total uncharted territories⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
Which meant I had to grow up and mature a lot FASTER in a SHORT period of time.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
... And as a result, I've LEARNED A LOT.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
I've made TONS of mistakes that if I were to open up my 1:1 coaching again, I'd REDO.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
I would be more of a business owner and less of an employee in my own business...⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
I would structure my program and my time in a totally different way...⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
I would create way better boundaries and ask better questions to help my clients breakthrough ON THEIR OWN...⁣⁠⠀

the list goes on.⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
