Officially missing you...#throwbackphoto⁣
⁣
Anyone else experiencing the Corona-coaster more so lately? You think you’re good, handling the pandemic well only to have sudden moments of sadness where you miss so many aspects of your pre-Covid life 😩⁣
⁣
Here’s what we are missing (in no particular order):⁣
⁣
▪️Mask free dancing ⁣
▪️Full classes⁣
▪️High fives ⁣
▪️Putting your arm around a friend in a photo ⁣
▪️Rehearsing and working toward a big performance ⁣
▪️ The smell of hairspray at said performance ⁣
▪️Socializing in any capacity⁣
▪️Concerts ⁣
▪️Parties (remember actually going to a party?!!😩) ⁣
⁣
What are you missing, craving and/or needing these days? Missing you and dreaming of all things listed above 🙏🏻⁣

1000+ THANK YOUS DANCERS!⁣
⁣
Last week we reached a milestone in this little ‘project’ we’ve been chipping away at with 1000+ followers! ⁣
⁣
The main goal of The Movement Project is to keep people dancing and moving past their high school/studio training years. Through movement, we hope to connect you with like minded people, educate you on the benefits of dance and movement practices and inspire you to keep going and growing as either a participant or dance educator yourself. ⁣
⁣
We LOVE the community that’s been created through The Movement Project and we want to thank you for your support. Whether it’s been trying a class, booking a workshop, liking and sharing our content or connecting with us when something we’ve said is resonating. Thank you🙏🏻⁣
⁣
We have big plans and big dreams to keep you moving, current in the dance education world and inspired here in the Durham region and beyond. ⁣
⁣
Stick around, we are just getting started✨⁣

* Note- photo from pre-COVID. All social distancing measures are adhered to in our current classes.
