Flu had me out for the count this past week. SO THANKFUL to be back 🫶 but HUMBLED after not moving for 7 days. Being sick really reminds me what a privilege it is that I can move my body!

Pushing Past Comfort isn’t just a workout — IT'S A LIFESTYLE.

It’s bigger than the gym; it’s a movement. It’s about showing up for yourself in every area of life.

It’s choosing whole foods when fast food is easier.

It’s taking that walk when you’d rather stay on the couch.

It’s stretching instead of scrolling.

It’s drinking water when you crave soda.

It’s saying yes to rest when your body needs recovery.

It’s pushing through self-doubt, discipline over excuses, growth over comfort.

Because true wellness isn’t just about building muscle — it’s about building mindset, habits, and resilience.

Pushing Past Comfort means doing the hard things that make you better — in the gym, in your health, and in life.
