No more boring content days!👏🏾✨📸

as I build @rume.arizona i’m very intentional with creating opportunities for creators in all mediums like musicians, artists, influencers, and even entrepreneurs to be inspired again. 🎥

Inspiration can take many forms, but community is the biggest of them all!✨making room to genuinely connect, create, and to collaborate is what the Creator profession is missing.

building this community has by far been one of my favorite parts and memories of college, and I’m so excited to see where this goes!👩🏾‍🎓

Stay tuned for the next event, comment down below events you want to see next!🎉✨

How many times today have you asked yourself

“ ARE YOU OK? “

How many of us have “treated our self like someone we are responsible for?”

Most of us wake up filling our minds with worries about somebody else -a parent, a client, a child, a significant other. Most of us wake up with a pit in our stomach and a void in our heart we don’t know how to fill. Most of us run all day putting out other people’s fires, taking care of their businesses, and fill outside responsibilities to the brim that we completely neglect our own energy.

Self love should be a daily practice. Without self love there is lack of creativity, lack of self values, and when we carry this body outside into the world without self love we struggle to be loved and trusted and valued by others.

Integrity starts within. Self love starts with learning how to bring the mind and body to peace. Because a chaotic mind and body cannot harbor self love and it shows in our influence with everything outside of ourself.

*A special THANK YOU to our beautiful connections: Influencers and models 💚

💝 Keep listening to these sounds often. Your body naturally knows how to use them to help you heal—mind, body, and spirit. You will gain clarity and directions to your next steps. And talk to God, pray, or manifest. Repeated scientific studies have proven spoken words and intentions highly affect outcomes.

In a soundbath, you are receiving healing frequency from sound and heart frequencies vibrating from every single person in the room who is entrained to peace, calm, and love by sound.

Thank you for uniting in love 🫶through power of sound!
