A glimpse into our weekend celebrating the bride to be! 💒 👰🏻‍♀️

If I’ve learned anything this weekend it’s that there is magic in the under planning. It’s a confidence in your desire to connect, a less-is-more — the act of leaving space for personalities to bloom, for bonds to grow deeper, for laughter to permeate, friendships to express themselves and memories to make themselves. I can’t believe this weekend is coming to a close. It’s a to-be-continued, the kick-off of yet another week of celebration just around the corner. I think we’ll leave some room there too for come-what-may, for possibility, for the unexpected to be revealed. That’s not easy to say when it’s your daughter’s wedding. To leave moments to chance, to leave a handful of creative pieces undone, or last minute, but I think we’re going to be just fine. After all, it’s not the flowers in the centerpieces or the matching cocktail napkins our guests will recall. They’ll remember how we made them feel, and well, as a family… we’re really good at that! #bachelorettepartyweekend #weddingdiaries #heybridget #texasgetaway #bridetobe

—> Somehow, it wasn’t the dress shopping, the adorable engagement photos, the invite designs, the venue search and the year of planning and prep, it was the arrival at the bachelorette weekend that really sealed the deal for me. We are here, together with her chosen, her rocks, those friends with fortitude and grace, love for my love, their never ending laughter… OMG the laughs… that have held my daughter’s dreams, secrets, tears and heart and their hands through all the growth and growing up…. Follow along this weekend and meet these incredible women —> swipe. #bacheloretteweekend #texasgetaway #wimberleytx
